Wish they had used a thicker material for the box. Mine came in dented all over the spine, not sure if I should keep it. The steelbook is great luckily
Awww so sorry to hear that. When doing the unboxing I thought some might get it damage. I’ll be unfolding mine and sticking it under a large stack of books to get right the creases. Hope that helps.
Got mines yesterday. Have to say well, impressed with the 4K Remaster. Visually It's leaps and bounds above the blu ray release from a few years back. The Blu ray release annoyed me to no end. I've always felt it was a bit bright side from how I remember it. One notable thing that I will point out is the new 5.1 track. Not the best when it comes to the phone call between Batman and The Joker. The Joker's laugh seems to trail in an odd way. it's like they added an extra bit of the laugh to the original track. Folks watch this one using the original 2.0 track it's a more natural and better experience. Sadly again feel short changed when it comes to the features. They could've at least hunt out some archive footage and a commentary track. Nice tribute to Kevin Conroy though. Well hopefully now Subzero isn't far from the same 4K treatment. Phantasm sold out in the matter of a fortnight on HMV. Then all being well the Series will follow in 2025.
Lovely 4k steelbook of Mask of the Phantasm DC animated movie I've not seen this film myself although I have seen quite a few of them but will definitely see this some time though.
In my opinion this is the best Batman film ever made. The soundtrack, the writing, the voice acting. It's all perfect. It's a hard 10/10 film.
It is. I have a lot of friends picking this up. Such a great story and executed perfectly.

Nice Artwork on the Steelbook , poor effort on the slipbox quality, let us know what the transfer quality is like please

Because it is no longer available it is sold out and discontinued only way to get it now is off Ebay
