I love HOK it's fun and looks good and they aren't money hungry. It's a breath of fresh air. As for a Casual player I'm sure it's easier to be great at a hero. It has a high skill ceiling as well.

Wild rift is by far the most polished mobile MOBA out there, riot just doesn't put enough revenue into marketing the game and they expect their company name to carry the reputation of the game. HOK is a solid game, better matchmaking, a dev team which actually does its job, proper marketing and an active esports side, I've been enjoying it quite a bit but it does make me see how much wasted potential wild rift has
Loved the video Hells. Couple of things - Hok was supposed to be League mobile, but Rito disagreed so Tencent went ahead and made their own game. Rito was 5 years late to the party with WR. - It is polished because it's really old. (AoV is literally a port for this game. Some champs are 1-1 same. Dark breaker will be insanely good at HoK out of the gate. ) - You should definitely make more HoK content as well, of course, only if you have fun playing it. It's much more nuanced than it seems at the surface. You'll have a blast.

The funny part about this is that the reason theyre signing this contract is cuz mlbb wont offer the same in mlbb.😅
I actually really love HoK. I’ve been playing it nonstop. I think it might be the lower cooldowns, as it makes it feel more fluid. The characters also have a lot of depth, which is always nice. Ever since it dropped I haven’t had the desire to play rift at all 💀
So I went from Wild Rift to Mobile Legends for a bit to try some different but found it to be very similar with some heroes total copies. I then found Arena of Valor which I loved as I found the heroes/champions to be much more varied, with much more unique mechanics. The main issue was their seemed to be a lack of players, but with Honor of Kings now out that seems to have fixed the issue. A lot of the heroes from Arena of Valor are in Honor of Kings in terms of mechanics just renamed/modelled. Like Maloch from AoV = Lu Bu in HoK etc, Used to watch a lot of your guides etc for Wild Rift and would love it if you started doing HoK content! Im a roam main and currently trying out a lot of different heroes on HoK one of my current favs is Dolia the mermaid girl, pretty cool mechanic! Cheers!
I like Cai Yan, because her healing is overpowered , I'm trying out Dolia, and uhm, she is very unique. I like HoK because they give us a lot of useful and free stuff, the free skins don't miss either, bro Da Qiao and Xiao Qiao 's free skins are great.
Actually it's the other way around. Arena of Valor was basically HoK "global" as all these heros were in HoK BEFORE originally. AoV and ML both came out in 2016 while HoK was 2015
For WR players, it would be a fun rank journey up until master rank. That's the elo hell for this game where you will spend more time to rank up here due to players lack of micro and macro knowledge. Ranking up from bottom to master would take less than 5 days if you're already good at WR. The irony is once you get to grandmaster it would be much easier than in master rank. But for ML players, they probably stuck at platinum mostly from my observation. What's funny about this game is there's a lot of bots even in rank but the dark system is actually ok not too hard and punishing on the player. Your main enemy in this game is not bots but real brain dead human players. Imagine the a.i is smarter than most of the players even in high rank. From my own observation with the local community, we found that they're certain bots that are purposely being programmed to play worse or play better. Not only that we can tell who is human and who is bots just from looking at their hero picks. What's more scary is that these bots can interact outside of the match too. The bot profile would be mostly blank or random google pics and would always be online when you turn on the game. They would invite you to play the game with them too. After a while their entire profile would be gone from your friend list. Chances to get bots matches is when you're in early ranks, promotion match, past midnight/early morning and when the match making took way longer than usual until a pop up notification ask you whether you want to switch roles
First of all great video as always Hells, but as a wildrift player I really enjoyed Honor of Kings because of it being beginner friendly while also being competitive in which wildrift struggles in. I hope you make more videos on this game.

I feel like it takes a lot of time understanding all the ghamps as well and its much more frustrating than wr cuz every champ ever oneshots u with any ability
things i noticed abt this game: - the typography or fonts like some call them are very generic and standard they look like they just wrote with Arial or something they need a font that matches the vibe of the game - the text on the abilities is useless just read the description of the ability ( dont tell me its a flash i know its a flash) - the text when u do normal dmg vs big dmg has the same size they make the numbers while farming very small and on champs in the current size as in the video rn - i like the low camera angle also i like the flags of countries of players - the objective looks like a doll from Dora they need to make the objective look a bit serious - i didnt see any wards like..... do you play the whole match with no vision??? - matchmaking is good ( i guess ) most of these stuff make the game look cheap, if they work on them the game will become much better and appealing
The warding thing.. yeah.. thats pretty much non-existent. If you want vision. Pray that your roamer actually roams to pin point enemy jungler. And not baby sit the adc the whole game. 😅
Any other moba will never implemented Ward system / Vision System like Wild Rift. Its too complicated to their player, especiallt combining it with last hit mechanic and buying item in the base. Their puny little brain can comprehend the complexity of real MOBA, because all their player want to do is war war and show off their mechanic with their braindead champion.
This is my opinion, I think league is slightly more mechanical than HOK or ML for one simple reason. In HOK and ML you have 3 abilities. In league, you have Q W E R. You have 1 extra ability to manage. Might seem very mnor, it's just 1 ability. However you gotta consider champs like Jayce effectively has 7 lol. If you're familiar with League PC, there's also Hwei. Hwei has 10 abilities lmao. Anyway I think League has better graphics. And I enjoy the lore in League so I'm more invested in League than other games.
As a HoK player from China, I gotta say that the global servers are better than the Chinese ones. First of all 90% of the skins are paid and become a pay to win cuz they give stats (such as 10ad, 10ap etc) Second of all, yall are just lucky you didnt have to feel the pain of dealing stupidly broken champs. It is a sad thing that some of the champs arent available. I did quit for a while cuz of the inters and bots there were on the Chinese servers, it was literally unplayeable. I still gotta point out that rankeds on HoK are kinda pointless after you reach masters+, but ofc those ranks are full of Chinese players increasing the difficulty of the game. But yeah after masters you just dont really wanna play rankeds, okay…? Maybe just get grandmaster for fun, but theres like “2 kinds of rankeds”, the normal one you just play for the stars and a global ranking of all servers, having a point mechanic starting from 1.2k and everyone competes for n1
Me personally, playing HoK now is so fun cuz it doesn't have to be as mechanically hard like WR or have any broken/busted heroes like MLBB cuz like each champion has a balanced gameplay with different styles of playstyle. Not to mention you can change strats mid game like you can play it similarly like DOTA, LOL, or MLBB, and finally a variation of roam where in general it is not generalized like 50% healers and 50% tanks. Like in HoK you have a bruiser, a stunner, a healer, a tank, a debuff, a damage, a meat shield, like all of them have a different kind of playstyle depending on you team comp, unlike MLBB having healers and tanks or WR having Tanks, Healers, and Damage, it's too boring. Variety of support in HoK is so fun to play. Edit: Y'all argue along Idk why this turned into rage bait instead of giving my honest opinion, and I don't regret saying all of those that I've said about Honor of Kings
Supporting is fun, not a chore.. Been through lot of MOBAs:DOTA2, WR, ML. Good learning curve Low skill floor, High skill ceiling. Fun game, especially with Liu Shan. Fun heroes as well, I'll bet you'll like Cai Yan, she's their take on Sona
Glad you gave this a try, currently at Diamond IV and aiming to reach Maasters. Some heroes like Kui reminded me of some heroes in AoV. Missed Vainglory

I like many of the gameplay mechanics of wild rift like wards, objectives, and how laning works in the game. Laning in HoK is different, kinda similar to ML but not really. Which I am happy to see. I also like that objectives matter and jg champs also matter and not just run around killing the enchanter supports. It's like a faster wild rift and slower ML. I love wild rift and this would be second for me. Also very generous for global release. Lmao. I legit just played HoK for Dolia lmao. The siren singing is so nice to hear.
This video is what I needed to see! I'm going to give Honor of Kings a try! I tried your AP jungle Jax in desperation last night since the matchmaker has been worse this season than ever before. I did great, really awesome, but my teammates were still going 0/8 before 2:00, refusing to close easy games, not grouping for objectives, like always. The only game I won was because I snuck an inhibitor and then literally 2-shot the nexus! I couldn't believe it! I also tried Broken Support's most recent climbing pick, J4 support with Frozen Heart and Raduin's. SVP like 10 games in a row, but can't win! I'm really good with Maokai and he's broken right now. SVP SVP SVP SVP SVP no matter what role I play him in. My best champ might be Brand and he's like #3 in China right now and counters Heartsteel. Can't climb with him either. My last hope for Wild Rift is inting Sion, which worked before, but honestly, I don't want to be stuck playing that. Or to spam Vi, which is the only champ I seem to have a stable positive winrate with these days, but I'm burnt out on that already. I can play all roles, including "hard" carry champs like Yasuo, Akali, and Ezrael, but none of it seems to make a difference. Everyone I know in real life has already dropped Wild Rift for Honor of Kings and is having a MUCH better experience. I'm the last holdout. I think it's time to just throw in the towel and try the game that everyone is telling me is better. RIOT, if you are reading this, FIX YOUR DAMN MATCHMAKER!!!
I played for 6-8 hours just dled it today heres what ive found out. -heroes are easy to use compared to other mobas. But the potential for higher play is there. -some skins are cool -assasins blink a lot! -like wildrift if you last git it gives more gold -theres a lot of freebies (heros, skins etc.) -i thought farming gold for champs was gonna be hell 😂 but you unlock most characters just by playing and through rewards -the positioning of other players are random af. I play mid and the supp or Jg stays on my lane for some reason. -idk if theres a first turret Knockdown bonus so theres that. -the turret fires verey fast and very hard. -you barely need to go to base if you can nmanage your health and focus more in farming. -ending the game is a bit difficult but sometimes its hella fast -oh and game session is fast as well. -skill combos have videos on the hero page so its easy to have an idea on what your hero do. Thats all for now
Honestly it plays better than wild rift already at platinum rank after 3 days of playing and it's been such an enjoyable experience cant wait for more of the content creators to start playing this considering Riot's consistent dropping of the ball
Yes, very low skill floor very high skill ceiling. The new player introduction and all the actual helpful information for the new player makes this game so approachable. I also had a bad first impression based on the bad rep other mobas get for feeling like bootleg games but this game surprised me. The social features alone are far beyond wildrifts, there are so many eveent where you get free skins and heroes, and the shop is VERY generous, you can buy stuff for as little as 30cents. Another thing mobas like this usually do is make copies of league heroes, but I actually found that there's so many unique and interesting heroes. The main reason I stopped playing wild rift is because I just couldn't resonate with any heroes, not in the same way that vainglory did. But heroes like Mai, Heino, and the fire guy are so cool and very difficult to master. I can keep going. Servers feel way better considering you aren't just limited to playing with others in your region. This makes queue times almost instant, and because of that, almost always get your role. The BEST part it that because this game is hugely popular everywhere except The US, people actually know how to play and pick heroes around your comp. Having three adcs is common in wild rift, but that has not happened in HOK. People are actually smart, and the communication system is really good, and I have not encountered any toxicity in chat. Don't even get me started on all the Asian baddies you can rizz up. Yes, there is an abundance of beautiful women on this game lmfaooo, they let you use a selfie for a profile pic. I got a girlfriend on my first day LOL.
Honest opinion incoming from someone only seeing this video but never played a minute with it Positive: - I like that you don't need to go back to base to do shopping only to recharge - I kinda like this faster pace to the game - It looks more fun than Wild Rift and it just doesn't have a bad vibe to it at all. It looks like a game where you would wanna go to have some fun for the day and enjoy yourself, meanwhile WR feels so intoxicating because of all the inting and idiots - I like actually that there are only 3 skills - The option to swap lanes was a very smart addition Negative: - It kinda just looks like ML - Compared to wild rift it looks a bit sloppy - I think better and more clear animation for the skills would be nice - I am sure its not true but it seems like that the Jungle objectives don't really have an impact to the game (but maybe that is just because its still low tier game) - Would have been nice to see whether there are other spells other than flash and recovery. If they don't have others I think coming from wild rift it's nice to have more options to give some small vriety to the game That's all, thanks for reading it

For me personally tried HOK and now playing it alot more than WR biggest reason is high ping on WR in South Africa so I dont think I will be playing WR anymore just for that reason and HOK so far alot of fun and match making is quicker and feels alot more balanced
I am a moba player, i have played wild rift, mobile Legend...but I played AOV when I was little, now I basically know about all heros and how they works.
Its just so sad to see how every single moba that isnt wild rift just looks like the same dog shlt copy pasted. If u showed me this, aov, mlbb, and any other moba on mobile side by side I would not be able to tell u whats different. Copy paste recycled dog shlt with no depth and brain dead mechanics. Its sad

I've been exclusively playing HoK the last 6 days. It's really fun. Good fights for me start at diamond. I'm at Diamond 3 right now. Players don't seem to use the minimal that much still at the rank nor are oings as effective. But I think that's just a matter of time. Never give up. You can flip ANY game
I started playing after your live stream. Was a bit skeptical as I believed it to be just a rip off and also coz your video was sponsored. Kind of got addicted to it after a few games though and the main reason being the shorter game length and the carry potential of champions. Wild rift has so long matches and so bad matchups that even being fed it is almost impossible to carry however I feel the map roam on HoK is so much better and the game speed is way faster to actually be fed and carry a game if you play good even with trashy team mates. Another thing I feel is that it's a new game so the gap to maximize skills on champs is equal for all unlike in wild rift where LoL players already are pros at knowing all abilities counter matchups and etc. And lastly in this game even if someone falls behind you can't really ignore them as the abilities of all champs are so strong in thier own ways that if you do 1 good ability or play then you could be back in the game. Love how they don't have wards, as a jungler makes the roams much more fun.

HoK existed since 2015 before ML. What you're seeing now Hells is HoK with years of progress that's been made as am exclusive China game only but now this is the global release version. HoK really feels similar to ML and yeah I just wanna confirm if HoK is as easy as ML or as challenging and mechanical as Wild Rift cuz what I don't like in ML is that Mythic feels like Warrior rank in ML to me. If HoK is like this what I said about ML then no for me I guess
I was also one of this cuz in ML there are so many tryhards, pro players but can't even touch mechanical games such as Wild Rift which is pretty funny cuz I was kinda proud of my ML skills until Wild Rift slapped me and told me "THIS IS SKILL CEILING". If HoK's skill ceiling is the same as ML this is the thing that I wanna confirm
I like the HOK one, i got to diamond pretty fast. I ain't as good as you (pro player) but I am experienced enough in moba to understand the general way it works. I also modified my map to having a Fog of War because it helps with realizing how much you really can and cannot see. My only qualm to this game is some characters are over the top strong with simpliest kits and others are complicated as fuck and one fuck up can ruin you.
The game is cute. I don't like some characters, because they are heavy and slow. I'm more for fast characters. Some abilities are bastards, not only do they draw you towards the enemy, but they "block" you just enough to KO you. In some games I found all the players against me, and the others, teammates, minding their own business... Some heroes are more difficult to use than others. Some heroes, even though they are supposed to be "offensive", have attacks that do little damage. At this point, it was better to give them other abilities and put them in roaming, to help other players, not in mid lane or other lanes, and no, the equipment doesn't matter. Even with equipment to increase damage initially, they still do little. The only flaw of the game is this, some heroes that are difficult to use and don't do damage.
The best thing i love in hok is that you can play against other country and it's not even lagging and my ping is so stable compare to wr and mlbb and it's so optimize and my fps didn't even drop below 60 fps
If honor of kings will have better graphics it might be better. I think the champs and mechanics are okay already, they just need to have better graphics to look better
It's not as comparable to Wildrift but it's quite decent once you downloaded the graphics pack. Hells hasn't downloaded the full graphics pack in this video.
I think it depends on phone and also u gonna download graphic data too....I'm playing in high graphic.It's really great though....If u got different type of skin,it will have different dialogue/recall and more...Dang

It's good and lot of champions are similar to Wildrift too like Arthur - Garen, Zyra - Milady, Zeri- Luban no.7, Blitzkrank - Zui etc. Hope you make Honour of kings content too.
bruh. 5th day playing this game, I uninstalled mlbb. 😂 guys, give this game a chance. its so fun learning new heroes and its legit more difficult than mlbb. I even once had a hard time taking cs. I used to play wild rift and mlbb.
tbh the only problem is being in europe, is not much competitive like in asia, specially in chinese server... ppl are crazy strong lol and since global released most of global players get reckted hard by chineses , and coming future there are so many hard unique playstyle heroes
HoK is enjoyable even when trying to drag randos to victory. WR just feels like a coinflip slog. In WR if you have 2 or more bad randos its almost impossible to win (for non sweaty ppl). The complaint I see most for HoK is graphics. Like, bruh im sorry you never played before 1080p and 4k. Grqphics dont make a game.

Honestly this game is actually been out for about 10 yrs I think, I used to play it in Chinese and was called Wang zhe long yao. Was a great game just end up not having time to play it
WR is wayyyy better, I have played both, but I can't play WR rn because I'm in India, so now I'm playing HOK. but I have to say it's the next best MOBA after WR and it's keeping me entertained.
I hope you are reading this. I don't see copy abilities like a hook or a tornado as common abilities. I see them as oh, they copy those abilities, any other abilities they copy. Like vain glory, that one hero, copied Jhin 4 shots to reload but other than that, not much was copied. I judge based on how much they copy and not if its a general ability
HOK plays way more like MLBB than WR when it comes to items/builds. Sadly, it's also very similar in that most players have zero understanding of macro or even basic MOBA gameplay. I would rather face bots in Normal than deal with supports that go mid immediately & don't stay with me as ADC. I'm not Challenger skilled, so I can't just hard carry myself out of Gold if I don't get help farming lane.
play Shangguan and Jing next time heheheh and my main Mayene note: Mayene is more of a poke, survivability, and chance to kill she's very nimble but not that agile lastly you can do 2-delay-2 combo to poke in clash or if the low HP enemy flashed out you can 2-flash to the enemy-2 combo to kill the enemy.
I used to loove playing Ata in Arena of Valor. how does the game look: like a hack-and-slash from China with a bit worse resolution, honestly, but it's subjective. Glad to see you're not getting trolls that just run down your lane.

I actually really love HoK. I’ve been playing it nonstop. I think it might be the lower cooldowns, as it makes it feel more fluid. The characters also have a lot of depth, which is always nice. Ever since it dropped I haven’t had the desire to play rift at all 💀

So I went from Wild Rift to Mobile Legends for a bit to try some different but found it to be very similar with some heroes total copies. I then found Arena of Valor which I loved as I found the heroes/champions to be much more varied, with much more unique mechanics. The main issue was their seemed to be a lack of players, but with Honor of Kings now out that seems to have fixed the issue.
A lot of the heroes from Arena of Valor are in Honor of Kings in terms of mechanics just renamed/modelled. Like Maloch from AoV = Lu Bu in HoK etc,

Im a roam main and currently trying out a lot of different heroes on HoK one of my current favs is Dolia the mermaid girl, pretty cool mechanic!

Actually it's the other way around. Arena of Valor was basically HoK "global" as all these heros were in HoK BEFORE originally.

For WR players, it would be a fun rank journey up until master rank. That's the elo hell for this game where you will spend more time to rank up here due to players lack of micro and macro knowledge. Ranking up from bottom to master would take less than 5 days if you're already good at WR. The irony is once you get to grandmaster it would be much easier than in master rank. But for ML players, they probably stuck at platinum mostly from my observation. What's funny about this game is there's a lot of bots even in rank but the dark system is actually ok not too hard and punishing on the player. Your main enemy in this game is not bots but real brain dead human players. Imagine the a.i is smarter than most of the players even in high rank. From my own observation with the local community, we found that they're certain bots that are purposely being programmed to play worse or play better. Not only that we can tell who is human and who is bots just from looking at their hero picks. What's more scary is that these bots can interact outside of the match too. The bot profile would be mostly blank or random google pics and would always be online when you turn on the game. They would invite you to play the game with them too. After a while their entire profile would be gone from your friend list. Chances to get bots matches is when you're in early ranks, promotion match, past midnight/early morning and when the match making took way longer than usual until a pop up notification ask you whether you want to switch roles
this how HOK feels like, also given it's chinese game/app like tiktok. This could be already creeping into your profile so they can hack you lols

things i noticed abt this game:
- the typography or fonts like some call them are very generic and standard they look like they just wrote with Arial or something they need a font that matches the vibe of the game
- the text on the abilities is useless just read the description of the ability ( dont tell me its a flash i know its a flash)
- the text when u do normal dmg vs big dmg has the same size they make the numbers while farming very small and on champs in the current size as in the video rn
- i like the low camera angle also i like the flags of countries of players
- the objective looks like a doll from Dora they need to make the objective look a bit serious
- i didnt see any wards like..... do you play the whole match with no vision???
- matchmaking is good ( i guess )
most of these stuff make the game look cheap, if they work on them the game will become much better and appealing

Any other moba will never implemented Ward system / Vision System like Wild Rift. Its too complicated to their player, especiallt combining it with last hit mechanic and buying item in the base. Their puny little brain can comprehend the complexity of real MOBA, because all their player want to do is war war and show off their mechanic with their braindead champion.
This is my opinion, I think league is slightly more mechanical than HOK or ML for one simple reason. In HOK and ML you have 3 abilities. In league, you have Q W E R. You have 1 extra ability to manage. Might seem very mnor, it's just 1 ability. However you gotta consider champs like Jayce effectively has 7 lol. If you're familiar with League PC, there's also Hwei. Hwei has 10 abilities lmao. Anyway I think League has better graphics. And I enjoy the lore in League so I'm more invested in League than other games.
As a HoK player from China, I gotta say that the global servers are better than the Chinese ones.
First of all 90% of the skins are paid and become a pay to win cuz they give stats (such as 10ad, 10ap etc)
Second of all, yall are just lucky you didnt have to feel the pain of dealing stupidly broken champs. It is a sad thing that some of the champs arent available.
I did quit for a while cuz of the inters and bots there were on the Chinese servers, it was literally unplayeable.
I still gotta point out that rankeds on HoK are kinda pointless after you reach masters+, but ofc those ranks are full of Chinese players increasing the difficulty of the game. But yeah after masters you just dont really wanna play rankeds, okay…? Maybe just get grandmaster for fun, but theres like “2 kinds of rankeds”, the normal one you just play for the stars and a global ranking of all servers, having a point mechanic starting from 1.2k and everyone competes for n1
Me personally, playing HoK now is so fun cuz it doesn't have to be as mechanically hard like WR or have any broken/busted heroes like MLBB cuz like each champion has a balanced gameplay with different styles of playstyle. Not to mention you can change strats mid game like you can play it similarly like DOTA, LOL, or MLBB, and finally a variation of roam where in general it is not generalized like 50% healers and 50% tanks. Like in HoK you have a bruiser, a stunner, a healer, a tank, a debuff, a damage, a meat shield, like all of them have a different kind of playstyle depending on you team comp, unlike MLBB having healers and tanks or WR having Tanks, Healers, and Damage, it's too boring. Variety of support in HoK is so fun to play.

I like many of the gameplay mechanics of wild rift like wards, objectives, and how laning works in the game. Laning in HoK is different, kinda similar to ML but not really. Which I am happy to see. I also like that objectives matter and jg champs also matter and not just run around killing the enchanter supports. It's like a faster wild rift and slower ML. I love wild rift and this would be second for me. Also very generous for global release. Lmao.

I tried your AP jungle Jax in desperation last night since the matchmaker has been worse this season than ever before. I did great, really awesome, but my teammates were still going 0/8 before 2:00, refusing to close easy games, not grouping for objectives, like always. The only game I won was because I snuck an inhibitor and then literally 2-shot the nexus! I couldn't believe it!
I also tried Broken Support's most recent climbing pick, J4 support with Frozen Heart and Raduin's. SVP like 10 games in a row, but can't win!
I'm really good with Maokai and he's broken right now. SVP SVP SVP SVP SVP no matter what role I play him in.
My best champ might be Brand and he's like #3 in China right now and counters Heartsteel. Can't climb with him either.
My last hope for Wild Rift is inting Sion, which worked before, but honestly, I don't want to be stuck playing that.
Or to spam Vi, which is the only champ I seem to have a stable positive winrate with these days, but I'm burnt out on that already.
I can play all roles, including "hard" carry champs like Yasuo, Akali, and Ezrael, but none of it seems to make a difference.
Everyone I know in real life has already dropped Wild Rift for Honor of Kings and is having a MUCH better experience. I'm the last holdout.

I played for 6-8 hours just dled it today heres what ive found out.
-heroes are easy to use compared to other mobas. But the potential for higher play is there.
-some skins are cool
-assasins blink a lot!
-like wildrift if you last git it gives more gold
-theres a lot of freebies (heros, skins etc.)
-i thought farming gold for champs was gonna be hell 😂 but you unlock most characters just by playing and through rewards
-the positioning of other players are random af. I play mid and the supp or Jg stays on my lane for some reason.
-idk if theres a first turret Knockdown bonus so theres that.
-the turret fires verey fast and very hard.
-you barely need to go to base if you can nmanage your health and focus more in farming.
-ending the game is a bit difficult but sometimes its hella fast
-oh and game session is fast as well.
-skill combos have videos on the hero page so its easy to have an idea on what your hero do.

Yes, very low skill floor very high skill ceiling. The new player introduction and all the actual helpful information for the new player makes this game so approachable. I also had a bad first impression based on the bad rep other mobas get for feeling like bootleg games but this game surprised me. The social features alone are far beyond wildrifts, there are so many eveent where you get free skins and heroes, and the shop is VERY generous, you can buy stuff for as little as 30cents. Another thing mobas like this usually do is make copies of league heroes, but I actually found that there's so many unique and interesting heroes. The main reason I stopped playing wild rift is because I just couldn't resonate with any heroes, not in the same way that vainglory did. But heroes like Mai, Heino, and the fire guy are so cool and very difficult to master.
I can keep going. Servers feel way better considering you aren't just limited to playing with others in your region. This makes queue times almost instant, and because of that, almost always get your role. The BEST part it that because this game is hugely popular everywhere except The US, people actually know how to play and pick heroes around your comp. Having three adcs is common in wild rift, but that has not happened in HOK. People are actually smart, and the communication system is really good, and I have not encountered any toxicity in chat.
Don't even get me started on all the Asian baddies you can rizz up. Yes, there is an abundance of beautiful women on this game lmfaooo, they let you use a selfie for a profile pic. I got a girlfriend on my first day LOL.

Positive:
- I like that you don't need to go back to base to do shopping only to recharge
- I kinda like this faster pace to the game
- It looks more fun than Wild Rift and it just doesn't have a bad vibe to it at all. It looks like a game where you would wanna go to have some fun for the day and enjoy yourself, meanwhile WR feels so intoxicating because of all the inting and idiots
- I like actually that there are only 3 skills
- The option to swap lanes was a very smart addition
Negative:
- It kinda just looks like ML
- Compared to wild rift it looks a bit sloppy
- I think better and more clear animation for the skills would be nice
- I am sure its not true but it seems like that the Jungle objectives don't really have an impact to the game (but maybe that is just because its still low tier game)
- Would have been nice to see whether there are other spells other than flash and recovery. If they don't have others I think coming from wild rift it's nice to have more options to give some small vriety to the game

For me personally tried HOK and now playing it alot more than WR biggest reason is high ping on WR in South Africa so I dont think I will be playing WR anymore just for that reason and HOK so far alot of fun and match making is quicker and feels alot more balanced

I've been exclusively playing HoK the last 6 days. It's really fun. Good fights for me start at diamond. I'm at Diamond 3 right now. Players don't seem to use the minimal that much still at the rank nor are oings as effective. But I think that's just a matter of time. Never give up. You can flip ANY game

I started playing after your live stream. Was a bit skeptical as I believed it to be just a rip off and also coz your video was sponsored. Kind of got addicted to it after a few games though and the main reason being the shorter game length and the carry potential of champions. Wild rift has so long matches and so bad matchups that even being fed it is almost impossible to carry however I feel the map roam on HoK is so much better and the game speed is way faster to actually be fed and carry a game if you play good even with trashy team mates. Another thing I feel is that it's a new game so the gap to maximize skills on champs is equal for all unlike in wild rift where LoL players already are pros at knowing all abilities counter matchups and etc. And lastly in this game even if someone falls behind you can't really ignore them as the abilities of all champs are so strong in thier own ways that if you do 1 good ability or play then you could be back in the game. Love how they don't have wards, as a jungler makes the roams much more fun.

HoK existed since 2015 before ML. What you're seeing now Hells is HoK with years of progress that's been made as am exclusive China game only but now this is the global release version. HoK really feels similar to ML and yeah I just wanna confirm if HoK is as easy as ML or as challenging and mechanical as Wild Rift cuz what I don't like in ML is that Mythic feels like Warrior rank in ML to me. If HoK is like this what I said about ML then no for me I guess
I was also one of this cuz in ML there are so many tryhards, pro players but can't even touch mechanical games such as Wild Rift which is pretty funny cuz I was kinda proud of my ML skills until Wild Rift slapped me and told me "THIS IS SKILL CEILING". I like the HOK one, i got to diamond pretty fast. I ain't as good as you (pro player) but I am experienced enough in moba to understand the general way it works. I also modified my map to having a Fog of War because it helps with realizing how much you really can and cannot see.
My only qualm to this game is some characters are over the top strong with simpliest kits and others are complicated as fuck and one fuck up can ruin you.

Wild rift feels good with manny small food details. BUT i plays a lot slower.
The game is cute. I don't like some characters, because they are heavy and slow. I'm more for fast characters. Some abilities are bastards, not only do they draw you towards the enemy, but they "block" you just enough to KO you. In some games I found all the players against me, and the others, teammates, minding their own business... Some heroes are more difficult to use than others. Some heroes, even though they are supposed to be "offensive", have attacks that do little damage. At this point, it was better to give them other abilities and put them in roaming, to help other players, not in mid lane or other lanes, and no, the equipment doesn't matter. Even with equipment to increase damage initially, they still do little. The only flaw of the game is this, some heroes that are difficult to use and don't do damage.
As soon as you hit gold, the pros come out (or trolls if they're your team) 😂

The best thing i love in hok is that you can play against other country and it's not even lagging and my ping is so stable compare to wr and mlbb and it's so optimize and my fps didn't even drop below 60 fps

It's not as comparable to Wildrift but it's quite decent once you downloaded the graphics pack. Hells hasn't downloaded the full graphics pack in this video.

HoK is enjoyable even when trying to drag randos to victory. WR just feels like a coinflip slog. In WR if you have 2 or more bad randos its almost impossible to win (for non sweaty ppl).
The complaint I see most for HoK is graphics. Like, bruh im sorry you never played before 1080p and 4k. Grqphics dont make a game.

Honestly this game is actually been out for about 10 yrs I think, I used to play it in Chinese and was called Wang zhe long yao. Was a great game just end up not having time to play it
WR is wayyyy better, I have played both, but I can't play WR rn because I'm in India, so now I'm playing HOK. but I have to say it's the next best MOBA after WR and it's keeping me entertained.

I hope you are reading this. I don't see copy abilities like a hook or a tornado as common abilities. I see them as oh, they copy those abilities, any other abilities they copy. Like vain glory, that one hero, copied Jhin 4 shots to reload but other than that, not much was copied. I judge based on how much they copy and not if its a general ability

HOK plays way more like MLBB than WR when it comes to items/builds. Sadly, it's also very similar in that most players have zero understanding of macro or even basic MOBA gameplay. I would rather face bots in Normal than deal with supports that go mid immediately & don't stay with me as ADC. I'm not Challenger skilled, so I can't just hard carry myself out of Gold if I don't get help farming lane.

note: Mayene is more of a poke, survivability, and chance to kill she's very nimble but not that agile lastly you can do 2-delay-2 combo to poke in clash or if the low HP enemy flashed out you can 2-flash to the enemy-2 combo to kill the enemy.
I have no complain on HOK. Really original game and idea. Not a copycat. Sad why WIldrift cannot have the same hype as HOK
