McQueen couldn't be faster as storm but can be smarter than him which stopped him from getting a next gen revamp or modifications between him and Doc Hudson
I think Cars 3 was the perfect ending, everyone likes to claim that “oh McQueen got done dirty” or “oh it was way to soon to seem him get old.” Well if you think about it, it’s not, McQueen raced for a decade, won 7 championships, he has nothing else to prove, plus when he trained Cruz, it’s a wholesome moment to show that he truly cared about doc and looked up too him and wanted to be like him.
You need 20 minutes? I only need one sentence: "Lightning Mcqueen retires, in favor of an electric car."
The veteran racers compete in 2016 it was sad that they got replaced by the next gen racers
Fine, I'll rewatch the Cars trilogy
I don’t know why everyone thinks Lightning retired when he clearly says he is going to keep racing…he is just taking a season off to mentor Cruz through her first season
this video made me watch the entire trilogy again...
The moral of this whole thing is eventually we will stop being the student and become the teacher and carry on our knowledge for the next generation
Cool I liked Cars 3 but at the end I was always a bit confused at the end McQueen said that he was going to keep racing but then in the next scene he said he was going to be Cruz's crew chief I just don't get it

In the series cars on the road that takes place after Cars 3 its revealed that Lightning is still a racer alongside Cruz
Cars 3 is a real as it gets in terms of stock car racing, they got faster (to a certain limit), safer and lighter, doc, mcqueen and now cruz is the evolution of a good nascar team. Really nice movie.
I suspect the cars 4 will reveal McQueen’s endgame; since he said that he will keep racing.
Cars 1: Normal racing and stuff where Mcqeen dominates.
I liked how most of the other racers treated Cruz with respect and like she was one of them.
Something I've always found ridiculous from Cars 3 is that McQueen doesn't necessarily have to retire. He could still race, but instead of against new gen cars like Storm, with cars that matches his speed. But at least he went on to kinda finish what he started, but still, putting him against cars faster than him, doesn't kinda make sense. Or maybe he might've still stood a bit of chance, if he used drafting. I'm no nascar expert so people can tell me more about other things McQueen could've done to at least somewhat be abke to keep up his pace
what if the next movie time travel gets introduced and mcqueen is sent to the past and meet the doc and has some sort of issue with getting back then has to race to get back to his timeline.
We need new movie
