I am 24 and whenever i look at this kids i realised that how backward i am on mindset. May be family background and location matters whatever but none of my friends talking about this topic. Typical middle class mindset like we have to work and earn and marriage and life khatam. Thanks helly. May be now i am suffering from inferiority complex but its ok.
Hello Helly, I agree with every point you mentioned in this video about being financially independent. However, I also feel that the period between 19-25 years of age is very crucial for a person. This is the period where we should educate ourselves as much as possible and most importantly focus on our career and getting a good DEGREE. Once we do that the likelihood of us getting a decent job with a decent pay rises. Once we get a good job, then it becomes imperative for us to use all these tips towards financial security.
the education system is ruined in India... it's more of a business now... education is a lifelong process... Human is not a machine... if the age is gone... ur as good as dead... should things be that way? seems like with a humongous population of our nation and no place for failures... the future of many people might be dark
1st - you should invest your money 2nd - to keep and save money 3rd - multiple money 4th - visualize your financial lifestyle 5th - budget and ellokqte your money 6th -
Great, believe me you are 19 and I am close to 40, I also nurtured the similar view whatever you mentioned specially the last point since I got my first job at 22. These are still very relevant in my life and would always be
There is no need to fear too much about the future. Life is so uncertain, you don't know about tomorrow so make your "present" count. No need to do overplanning like living below your means. Just Enjoy the life, only one you have :-)
I agree... median path is best... neither remain unplanned nor be overplanned(because things almost never go the way we expect) Life has no formulation... it's all experiences which differ people from each other... thereby creating multiple opinions
When u buy a house or flat for investment (for renting it out that is..) its actually not an income source to begin with..as for a middle class household it means a Loan would be taken n its monthly installment goes way higher than the rent which is received on a monthly basis..so do ur calculations accordingly..
I appreciate your idea of living below means ... but then you need to enjoy certain things at certain point of time in your life ... It need not be only about saving and leading a cautious lifestyle... well it shud be balanced out
Hi Helly! Your views on money management is absolutely striking and thought provoking. It really started creating greater impact on my perception and looking at being financially independent. Thanks dear!
Hey Helly. Its really good content. Thanks much for inculcating idea of saving money. I do believe we need to save money for future but what if we did not enjoy the moment right in front of us ! Not speaking anything philosophicaly, still we don't have to be below our means if its giving us exuberant joy, right !?
A very very good video. Just want to add one thing. In addition to your points, having multiple streams of income is also required to get financial freedom.
Watching this video was not my need but want...and my want ended up learn me the same. Do whatever works for you... There is no any particular rule for success, What works for X doesn't work for Y. Anyways good content.
Female need to be Financially strong instead of Financially independent. ❤️ I have seen many female getting into teaching field thinking that it's only 8a.m to 4 p.m work , but it's not . Now a days tecahing field takes 24 hrs fr the work load to be completed . So I demand every woman who are thinking of this better think of becoming financially strong where you can give time for family and lead fully strong independent Life ❤️
I think your understanding is quite good as per your age (19) I hope it becomes more better in future your video made quite a lot of sense and brought clarity to me
Thank you so much for this really useful video. it was really needed. I have watched two of your earlier videos about English language and fluency and some good books. Especially, I appreciate your affection for books. I too love books. I believe that there is no alternative for the printed book. In this digital era, it is quite heartening to see the people like you who love the fine print...!!

If you have the courage enough to admit that you need help, Listen to him. Won’t cost a cent. If you’re encouraged in the first 10 minutes and want more, there’s a, mini monetary gesture of loyalty, one buck. I’m getting saturated with Tai’s concepts that serve him so well. I want the same to serve me. The first talk requires, no name, no number, no email just watch. If you say yes, just go for the money mentor, it’s $7.00 a month for daily lesson with Tai to help bring out your thousand- dollar self. If you don’t want the additional offers just say no.
