【一、引論】
Golden light shines upon the house, auspicious energy fills the hall.
The Taiyi Dao energy flows through ancient and modern times.
Nectar showers the head, light bathes the body.
Three karmas purified, five organs enlightened.
Inner and outer clarity, revealing my original spirit.
Connecting heaven and earth, auspicious light blesses all.
The universe's existence, all are my true self.
The Three Pure Saints respond to sincerity.
Reciting ten thousand times, light descends upon the body.
One Qi transforms, obscure and profound.
這則「太乙金光神咒」，又稱「太乙金光咒」，是仙界傳下的一種持修，具有護居、淨身、顯靈、感通、得道等功能作用的真言，亦是丹道真言，直感通應宇宙本源之炁和至高道的化身三清聖祖，是上乘之咒。
雖僅80字，持修合道則無事不應，是仙真得果的心法結晶，是最殊聖最適合世人持修的真言之一。
一般在家居士持修，又不限於何人、何地、何時等事宜，慢快口唸、誦唸、默唸、心念等或配合其他功法修道皆行，是最可普傳神咒之一。
與「金光神咒」、「大金光神咒」合稱為「道家三大金光咒」。
This "Taiyi Golden Light Mantra," also known as the "Taiyi Golden Light Incantation," is a celestial practice handed down with functions such as protection, purification, manifestation, communication, and attaining the Dao. It is also a true word of alchemy, directly connecting with the primal Qi of the universe and the embodiment of the supreme Dao, the Three Pure Saints. Although it consists of only 80 characters, practicing it in harmony with the Dao brings boundless benefits. It is one of the most sacred and suitable mantras for people to practice.
Generally, lay practitioners at home can practice it without restrictions on person, place, or time, whether recited slowly or quickly, aloud, silently, or mentally, or in combination with other practices. It is one of the most universally transmissible divine incantations.
It, along with the "Golden Light Mantra" and the "Great Golden Light Mantra," is known as the "Three Great Golden Light Mantras of Daoism."
【二、真言備解】
Explanation of Key Terms
太乙，「無上之謂」呂祖《太乙金華宗旨》裏講。
或作「太一」，其是炁之意，即祖炁、先天炁，不增不減、不生不滅，化生萬物，即「宇宙本源之炁」。這裏兩者含義皆具有，雖與「太乙救苦天尊」、「東皇太乙」或「太乙真人」沒有直接關係，但可看作真仙的體用。
Taiyi: Meaning "supreme" as explained in Lü Zu's "Taiyi Golden Flower Principle." It can also mean "one," referring to Qi, the primal and pre-cosmic Qi, which neither increases nor decreases, neither is born nor perishes, and gives birth to all things, representing the "primal Qi of the universe." Though not directly related to "Taiyi Saving the Suffering Heavenly Venerable," "Eastern Emperor Taiyi," or "Taiyi True Person," it can be seen as the essence and function of a true immortal.
金光，祖炁之光或道之光，即「天光」，
具有不可思議的各種功能，
一般不可見，持修有成就者可感光明。
金者，取其金剛不壞之意，不是金色。
Golden Light: The light of the primal Qi or the light of the Dao, which is "heavenly light," possessing various miraculous functions. Although generally invisible, accomplished practitioners can perceive the light. The term "gold" signifies the unbreakable nature, not the color gold.
神咒，或咒，是真言或密語，也稱祕咒、口訣，或通神之密語，或神通之真言，佛家稱做聖陀羅尼，是聲音能量和念力契於大道法則而傳遞的動態符號，或能產生次生波，或通神顯能，具有特殊的信息和功率妙用，可有思維性、方向性、目標性、法則性等特點，可分為召請、祝禱、修煉、鎮伏、飲食、洗漱、驅靈等，功能可分為：
息災滅禍、祈福保安、增益開慧、淨身治病、驅靈避邪、制人通神、招感風雷電毒瘟等，
按大類又可分為祝咒、驅咒、鎮咒、步罡咒、禁咒等。
太乙金光神咒主要是祝咒的一種，太乙，可看作是體，金光是用，神咒是法，體用法具備，可單獨持修，則不僅僅是祝咒了。
Mantra (Shen Zhou): True words or secret words, also known as mystical incantations, passwords, or dynamic symbols that transmit energy and intent according to the Dao. They have characteristics such as directionality, specificity, and rule-following, and can function in various ways like summoning, blessings, cultivation, exorcism, and healing. The Taiyi Golden Light Mantra is primarily a blessing mantra.
【三、持修準則】
Principles of Practice
咒與口合，口與身合，身與心合，心與道合，咒、口、身、心、道合一，孕藏宇宙有效信息和能量，契合法則，持修力則強，具體可分正念力、心念力、心慧力、心力等四種境界修為，通稱為「念力｣。
念力有成，畫符籙、學雷法就有了法力基礎，就易入門。
**The mantra and mouth should be in harmony, the mouth and body in harmony, the body and mind in harmony, the mind and Dao in harmony, and the mantra, mouth, body, mind, and Dao in unity. This unity contains effective information and energy from the universe, adhering to the principles of the Dao. The power of practice can be categorized into four realms of cultivation: proper mindfulness, mental power, wisdom power, and spiritual power, collectively referred to as "mind power."
Achieving mind power establishes the foundation for drawing talismans and learning thunder methods, making it easier to enter the Dao.**
【四、行法次第】
Detailed Practice Methodology
當知持咒如義，遠紹大道，近光念法，如安初心，咒修有餘。
初學者不必非曉得其真意，不然唸誦反生分別心，而不能一心不亂得精進。隨着正知正見不斷深入，在於存誠唸誦，建立信心，意虔祈願，或觀想金光法，或意念淨化法。
優者再配合「坐忘靜定」和「丹道修行」，不存想，專注口唸、默唸、心念並行，心不散亂，耳反視內聽，攝住六根，不欣不厭，以達收心清淨唸誦。
專修一段，示之廉陸，僅做度身之寶筏，咒、口、身、心、道合一，境去心空，毫不滯留，契合法則，掌握法竅，持修力漸強，才能優階而升，具體可達正念力、心念力、心慧力、心力等四種境界修為，通稱為「念力｣。
【五、注意事項】
Important Notes
持咒就在於持之以恆，有毅力，三天打魚兩天撒網效果當然沒有，這則神咒無禁忌和侷限，不容易出偏。
持修在於發心正確，修道德為本，心誠意虔，不可生疑，疑起歸虛。
「神明之咒」不僅「可保自身」，
亦要「回向他人」，
自然感應靈驗，加持不晦。
有些持咒精進而不過及，反而會有心慌或百會穴不適等受想行識色反應，不要緊，這是在調理身體，氣衝病灶，轉化色身，藏「器」於身，待時而動也，境去歸空就好。
一生持修，念力、願力、道力如一，掌握法竅，防危慮險，萬象不迷，迎難克關而上，會產生微妙的力量和神靈護佑。
要更好深入可配合手訣和丹道修練，
則神咒含五層作用和四層念力修為皆可達也，
神異不可思議。
