- Charu shares her story of transformation - where she went from suicidal to transcendent. Her journey wasn't easy, but mystical experiences along the way motivated her to keep going.
Recorded at the Denver Week Long Advanced Retreat in July 2021.
Lots of great, big gratitude for all you loving souls. I see you, your love and blessings! This was something out of my comfort zone but i did it because i recognize the heartache around me in so many hearts and now i want to pay it forward and say, this is not the end. Deepest gratitude to Dr. Joe for climbing up, showing the way, and then throwing the ladder down for me. My heart is full. Onward and Up. Love to our incredible community.

So when your mind is full of thoughts or you are getting negative or you want to cry during a meditation, it can turn well if you don't get up from it

This is something I can really relate to. I recently came back from the Niagara retreat and I had similar experiences. I had visions and saw 3 future selves, one of whom I had to remind of my experiences at the very Niagara convention at which I was having yhe vision in order to get future me to remember future me's intention to create something in paticular. I was influencing my future self in one way and in another way my future self was influencing me to become her. It was like past/present and future/present in constant cominication as if causality was not linear but rather an infinite feedback loop constantly adjusting to each other through my choices in both spacetimes.
I later saw a little old lady with white hair and milky Grey eyes with light shining through them and emanating from her whole body. When I contemplated something in my mind about how she looked, her appearance changed to what I was thinking of. This was at the end of second walking meditation. She came to me again during the first coherence healing and told me she was a healer. She sort of took up space in my consciousness to support me during the healing. On the second day she came separately and stood opposite to me during the healing while holding out a huge staff if front of her. The incredible thing is that after the healing, the healee said that he felt a hige presence to the side of him which was we're the woman was standing with her staff. The healee attributed it to the healer sitting across from me but it made me wonder.
I already sort of forgot the impact of some of these thing and it's only been a few days. Thank you for sharing so I could remind myself. Hearing you had some similar experiences makes me feel a bit more certain of mine.

This could be me, except from I had no one telling me about dr. J.D's work... 2020 has been the thoughest teacher.... ever.
Wanting to end it all, what's the use, I have no one, felt so alone.
After my cat disappearing on 17th of Dec, I crashed for the n'th time since June..... and right before New Yrs Eve, hitting rock bottom, a voice says " this is NOT the end, it's gonna become better. I started searching online, i went through some Abraham material, and YT suggested dr. Joe Dispenza... Why not? I was intrigued.
And I started listening to podcasts and audiobooks, "Breaking the habit of being yourself", and things started changing for the better.
I haven't made a commitment to do 60 days w meditation, but NOW I deffo will make "a DAILY DATE w the DIVINE" a thing from here on.
Only wish I could attend one of the workshops, but not being vaccinated, makes it a challenge to travel to another country.
X fingers the JD team comes to Scandinavia soon ;)

I just saw Shang-Chi tonight. One of the messages in the movie was knowing who you are. I didn't grasp, that, but this video helped me realize. Also makes me wonder if I truly have forgiven the guy who molested me when I was a kid. I thought I had, but God keeps sending me a message to forgive, and I'm not sure why, but I feel like this might be pointing me in the right direction.

This is exactly what I needed to hear right now. Wow. I feel so much anger that I have not been able to get into the field. I feel so much anger that I can not help the pain and suffering of others. This is hard work, at least in the beginning. Getting beyond your/my emotions feels like trying to change to the tide in the ocean sometimes. I'm new to this work. The way she describes her body's protest and her personal resistance to the breath-work then the newly acquired self-awareness and self-regulation of negative thoughts are all things I have gone through and still go through. The jagged tears, especially during Pineal meditations, yep, have experienced that but have learned to embrace it as gold. I have had some amazing breakthroughs and it only gets better. sharing with us it is most of the time a longer journey, maybe depending on how long the person “wants” to hold his/her past emotions… or how long it takes to get beyond the body..
I did the online course, for 2 months doing the meditations etc. And yes I have very good days and still very bad ones. I keep on doing them, but it’s really hard on the bad days… of course I have great results though, …. But still the bad things get further more attention emotionally. I hope they disappear one day...

I am year and a half in and it is getting realy mindblowing, my body is twisting around in the plain day, i have to act like i am doing my shoes, sometimes i shake, in the evening i have huge light over my head radiating but i started really like a machine, doing the work withput aknowledging the information, i still cant believe what i see now and i have more energy. So, go for it!
