Hi Brenda, Hoping you can create a video or respond, as I am unable to use CANVA the way I need to, since the Glow up (I have PRO btw). When in a design, I cannot access a folder I have uploaded items into (I don't want to "star" every folder I create) and use to be able to open a folder on the side, and drag items across to my design project. eg, import pictures into a folder, then drag them into a new design where I remove backgrounds, etc. Also, if I click on a starred design, it just opens that design instead of the one I was working on, so how do I move anything from one folder into my design? This is referring specifically to things I upload, not using CANVA's templates or graphics. Sorry about the long comment, just wanting to understand how to use the folders for the purpose of moving items between folders and designs. Thank you! 🙂
Hi there! You can access the contents of any custom folders via the Projects tab in your left hand design editor menu. Would it be helpful if I posted a video about how to access custom folders from inside the editor?
