I really like the rain sound! And I think the 50min sessions are quite useful for me but it depends on what I'm studying in that session. I'm studying for my finals and when I do maths the 50 min sessions really help me but when I revise for psychology I prefer the shorter ones! Good luck with your studies !!

(Like today) Since I have concentration issues, I usually prefer the 25 min one, so I can have small periods of work without getting too anxious. When I take my breaks I usually go to the kitchen to drink some water, or check for any new messages. Loved the new ideas, tho, "a little dance to your favorite music" is definitely something I'm gonna do from now on ahahaha. Kisses, and thanks for your lovely videos!!

50/10 sometimes works great when I have a research paper and I am following a thread of thought that I don’t want to interrupt as much, but sometimes I break it into 25/5 because my mind gets exhausted and I need more breaks in between to refresh my focus.
i just finished studying for chinese, physics, and reading for english. took me around 2 hours to finish and yet i still have more english hw to do. at least i was able to start this book off strong
