Bharat, one suggestion for you bro. Try to add some famous indian mughlai recipes. You'll have more number of views than any other players. We Indians love mughlai and famous indian recipes.. Great video, as always. I tried the recipe and the dish was great. However, instead of processing rice, I used Golden Sella Basmati rice (take any good brand) These rice have a special quality that they don't stick together even if the handling is rough while cooking. Try it.

I have a question:-
I always add ginger and garlic in the oil first, so that it releases its flavour and then add the remaining veggies (so that I can fry them in the flavoured oil)
You added ginger garlic at a later point in your cooking. Is this fine, will it release the flavours ? Also how much cooking time would release the flavours.
