Great video. How can i enforce my employee to select specific field value just before completing the pipeline stage? For eg just before selecting pipeline stage 'complete' make some custom field mandatory. In that case employee will not able to complete the deal without selecting the custom field value.

New to Zoho One - Great blue print structure, I will implement similar. Off subject question while viewing old vs new videos. Pipelines vs Deals vs Opportunities, ... is the terminology obsolete or intertwined? I do not see Deals or Opportunities in my Zoho One CRM, maybe relates to my trial version. I am confused. I am with you 😀deals and opportunities are the same module. Pipelines will be lines of business inside the deals/opportunities. Each pipeline will have its own stages. I hope it make sense.
How would you set up a blueprint for two different entry points? I mean this: there are two ways how a lead can reach me. Via Calendly appointment booking or via any other way. In the first case, i don’t have to contact the lead. In the second way I do. How can I set this up in a blueprint so that the steps fit?
You may setup an entry criteria for the blueprint based on the field "Lead Source". I believe there is a field that differentiates between Leads from Calendly and other sources. Hope this helps!!!

I don't understand how this will be manageable for the worker after a few hundred leads. He won't be able to prioritise actions for the day but will just end up waisting time clicking around in the system?
Since this video I have created more videos about how to manage employees' workloads. The key is a good Blueprint and our productivity package or a followup system. The goal is to have in a list, only the leads that suppose to get attention now and not all the leads. I hope it makes sense.

Possible. Its a mix of a special functionality that we call "Last Real Update", a workflow and a picklist field with colors that changes based on the last contact. It is possible for advanced users.

Hello Lior, your videos have already helped me a lot! I have a question concerning the escalation rules. Would it be possible to assign the lead to another salesperson once the record owner hasn't responded in time? So that besides giving a notification 'before' the escalation, it would be assigned to another team member during the escalation? And then thus to a role rather than one specific person? and meanwhile adjust the lead status to 'free for all lead' for instance?

It will ask for the followup date and followup reason so the agent can do the followup

Good question. I am not sure. From what I know currently its impossible. But, you can check with Zoho.

Sure. As long as the lead created in a record. A blueprint can be applied on it.
