Aweseom video, Corbin! Such a fun way to showcase a new trail system! Loved the HUD and ratings!

Great video! My wife and I did Snoqualmie last year (on hardtails) and ended up replacing broken spokes after nearly being beaten to silly putty by the rocks. It did inspire us to finally go full squish after 5 years of riding and after watching this video we’re planning a trip to Steven’s this summer. Keep up the good work!

Thank you! Dang Snoqualmie on hardtails sounds abusive haha

I go regularly with my 9yo. We ride every trail and love it. Usually the first ones on the hill and last to leave. We were literally the last ones to ride on final day. Usually, we get 15-20 laps.
Oh fyi, spice up the rock roll by going to the left and send as a drop.

That’s awesome! I bet your 9yo rips. Kids these days are relentless haha and good call with the drop on the rock!

6 hours to Stevens? I thought you were in the Olympia area based your North Slope content. Were you not able to go through Monroe and pick HWY 2 and had to go the long way around? From Tacoma it’s just under 3 hours. Anywho - GREAT vid. Have you considered taking advantage of their RV lot to maximize a weekend?

6 hours “in total” 👍🏼 the round trip really ended up being about 6.5 hours. I counted there and back as total drive time. But yeah without traffic it should be just under 3 hours each way for the Olympia area.
The RV lot is a cool idea! Only time I car camped was for Squamish haha. Might be an option for next year. Other thing I didn’t mention is the comparison between Stevens and Snoqualmie. But I figure that’s almost a full video on its own… harder for me to go to Stevens when Snoqualmie has all the tech trails

I grew up skiing on Stevens, but I’ve yet to bike it… mostly because I live on the other side of the country. Gotta try next year

    6 hours? Where you located

Pretty south of Seattle but 6 hours was for the total drive 👍 it was honestly more like 6.5 for total drive since traffic is such a menace

Whistler has a trail named Chipmunk Rebellion. Seems like Stevens needs a chipmunk themed trail 😂

I like the method except there are 6 trails and 25 points almost all the trails would need to be most fun to pass like I think a little more buffer would make it more accurate and with the smaller number of trails I feel like stevens pass really delivers with both flow and tech PBR is a bundle of joy I recomend everyone try Stevens pass. He praised the Tech trails but Rock crusher is the perfect trail for almost everyone and the jumps are very easily cleared. The green trail is just a casual trail but its fun to go fast on.

thanks for the feedback! I tried to change it up a bit for the next "HUD" kind of video. Some of my buddies told me the same thing about this video being predictable in the rating system.
But yeah Stevens is pretty cool. I could see a ton of riders loving PBR and the blue jump trail. I'm excited to get back out there this year!

Great vid as always buddy. We did Stevens for the first time this summer as well. I did 12 runs on my Rocky Mountain Growler hardtail… man I was sore. PBR was my most favorite, however I didn’t do slingshot or Bezerker. I posted the vids I hope you check em out. Please don’t be mad I’m not trying to promote, I just would like you to see them. Next summer I’d like to give it a go with my full suspension.
I can remove this comment if you want me to. Thx

Bike park hardtail riding is wild haha my buddy Nate did that last year and I got mad respect for y’all! Even doing the flow trails, 12 laps sounds IMMENSE

I wonder how bad for Steven's future Snoqualmie bike park will be? Though maybe Steven's responds by building new trails, so who knows...

I think I want to make a Stevens vs. Snoqualmie video and start that discussion. I think they cater to different riders. Like Snoqualmie is not easy by any means... if someone is a newish rider or only comfortable with blue trails then I don't think they would have any fun at Snoqualmie, but they would probably really like Stevens. However, if you're like me and enjoy the chunky tech then Snoqualmie is more worth it. Idk though, so many factors. I was super impressed with Snoqualmie's push to build trails throughout the year and it doesn't seem like they'll slow down for their third year.

2023 lines were virtually non existent. The lift is way faster than most and we ride Tamarack, Whitefish, Silver and Snoqualmie

Yeah true I don’t remember waiting in any line, that’s a huge plus! How did you like Snoqualmie Vs Stevens?

Highway 2 is just so terrible though. Iff I can avoid it I definitely always want to. Its still fun and your video did a great job showing its pros and cons, but snoqualmie is just soooo much more convenient for such a large number of people in the area@@MTB_Corbin

I think if stevens really expands on their flow trails they can get more visiters because snoqualmie really lacks flow and snoqualmie dominates the chunky tech. If stevens does that they have no competition

No reason to go to Stevens with Snoqualmie open now.
