Love the graphtec plotters. Amazing durability. I own a CE-6000. Never let me down yet. I just picked up a Summa 54”. I hear the accuracy is incredible.
Would you consider doing a video on the settings on your cutter? I.e. conditions, pressures, speed, blades used, etc. I invested heavily into perf cut stickers and yet to successfully offer die cut stickers. I have a fc8600 with a mutoh ecosolvent.
I think he uses a 60° blade. And from what I understand he doesn't do perf cuts anymore just cuts through hence the 60° blade. My question is, is this done on tool 1 or tool 3 position?
Wander Rancanti Correct:) You can use it either way if we’re just doing 2000 or more Of a kiss cut Sticker we will go ahead and put the blade position in the channel kiss cut it then perfect using the channel so the blade never touches and wears out the cutting strips however if we are doing diecut stickers we will just kiss cut on the cutting Street and perfcut cuts on the cutting strip it’s just too much of a hassle to switch the blades and it does it perfectly even better I might say then cutting on the channel

In theory you could do both on 3 and only kiss cut on 1
Hi, Derek. Thank you for all the advice. I am looking at the video and I didn't see you change the blade position. Is it right?

@@printshoptalk If I understood you put the blade on the channel for both, kiss cut and perfcut. Nice. Thank you very much.
