- Hi my name is Jasmine and I am embarking on this journey of savings and budgeting. My soul purpose is to stop spending unnecessary money by budgeting and using the cash envelope method so that I will be able to save while on a low income. Doing so will allow my family and I to move out of the projects. I’ve literally been here my whole life and I feel that my kids deserves so much more. I was planning on starting my 100 envelope challenge soon. But I wanted to do it the “regular way”

Now I’m wondering how do I really want to do mine. I really want to see that $5050 though, but ahhh… I’m torn
I say give it a try the regular way first… it’s ok to change things up later on if it becomes too overwhelming… I had to learn that for myself …
Hey I follow the budget princesssa too and I did my 100 envelope binder like she does with rolling a 20 sided dice for all the envelopes. Because the right way was way tooo much! I was getting stress because I couldn’t stuff it all the time! I just bought some number sticker 1-20 and put on the envelope. 💖💰💞
Yesssss the traditional way is so stressful 😭😭😭😭😭 Next year I’m going to try it both ways so if I quit one I won’t feel so defeated because I’ll still have the other one 🩷
Hey, i watched how some of the oyher budgeters do their 100 envelope challenge. I am hiving it a shot, because i was like you. It becomes a real struggle!! But they taught that if you use some of your small savings challenges to help you get your envelopes done the time goes by easier. Just designate some of your smaller challenges. Make them work for you. You are doing wonderful!! You inspire me to save and not get discouraged. Have faith in yourself and your dreams. You are the master of them!!❤❤😊
