Yes, I think it is possible to clear this without nyfuuka. There were several JP players who have cleared it without her actually. You'll need more teams for p1, which means you need more tanks, healers, cc units, and dps.

Moe's Basic Skill, which suits Torment Kaiten mechanic really well:
Every 40s, deals 100% damage to up to 5 enemies and inflicts Stun for 1.2s.
