How long ago did you film this clip? I haven't heard any news about Amtrak starting to haul private cars again.

I recorded it today. Amtrak has been pulling private cars after Richard Anderson resigned on April 15, 2020. Recently, Amtrak and the Finger Lakes Railway hauled the AAPRCO special. I have a video of that.
