Gta 4 is fun to watch. I just replayed the story for the first time in a decade. Amazed how it still holds up so well. Probably part nostalgia, and it certainly has quirks, but still

quoting brough from a previous testing video: "Motorcycles is always after the mainline "car" classes. However there's no guarantee of Motorcycle testing for this new series because I don't think I can bring myself to do it all over again given I hate driving them and the fact there's so many. Same for planes, boats, and helicopters (though that's more due to the difficulty in getting a lot of them tested properly). The old testing for those classes will have to do."

XBLA is still active, this is the X360 game via XSX backwards compatibility

someone would have to code one from scratch on a FiveM-equivalent for GTA4, so technically yes can be possible but _tons_ of effort starting from 0 :D
