No disrespect to the chef (multiple)...
Its disappointing we have lost out traditional way of cooking, long gone were the days - it was just pepper, blackpepper, salt, onion, thyme, pimento seeds, nice onions, burnt sugar for browing and some all purpose seasoning...
Now its all this powdered seasonings, why???? When I am home I long for the traditional way of how our cusines are prepared, hence I hardly eat out as the food is just not the same anymore.
I am a 70's baby and I spent all my holidays in rural Jamaica with my granny and to this day I still to cook like mi granny (Only powder season I use is curry, geerah, massala, powdered ginger and all purpose meat seasoning)
