Consider a measure sales (which has both positive and negative values). Create a calculate field (for example Profit_Indicator), add below formula SUM[PROFIT]>0. This field has 2 values (TRUE and FALSE). Drag Profit_Indicator to color. Positive profit is in one color and negative values in second color. Drag Profit_Indicator to shapes. We have 2 values, for True and false choose up and down arrows.
