Wow wow wow...a superb trip to the top of the Munro...brilliant quality video and sound..I think you knackered young Andy lol. Did I hear you use some ancient gaelic like shito etc brilliant brilliant brilliant....many many thanks for a great adventure. Best wishes.
Thanks so much Andy! What a day we had and Andy being away for a while was just finding his hill legs again….just wait to you see him tonight in part two! 😂😂😂. Yeah I broke my mic and left my head torch 🥴. Not my best moments! The Gaelic was flowing off camera I can tell you!! 😂😂. Thanks again mate and look out for day two tonight on the channel 👍👍👍. Paul
Happy new year to you both, so enjoyed the video. Im a bit late to see it and just about to watch day2. Fantastico 😁 thanks for taking us along....Alioban ❤
Happy new year Alioban 👍👍👍. What a great start to the year and what a cracking wee wander! The highlight of the day was watching that sun setting on the mountain! Just sublime! Paul
3:57 "that's a great cycle" "what do you think Andy" Andy: big sigh...."better on an E-bike!" Cracking Hikyle, looked amazing up top and a wee bit of snow and sun always good for the spirits. Nice one. 👍👍
I did give him a wee shot just to let him feel the difference! thought I wasn't getting it back Dave! Cracking Hicycle as you say! one to be remembered for a long time! Cheers again Dave! Paulo
Cheers Brian! I thought he wasn't going to give me it back! Cracking weather, cracking views and that sunset at the end was special!! Cheers again mate! Paul.
Brilliant again Paul what a day absolutely stunning cracking day out, I will definitely be using the bike as looks a good way in. always good Paul loads a head torches but not got them with you 😅 but was still worth it as the sun setting was brilliant . I thought Andy had enough when you turned the camera he was running in the other direction 😂😂 Ally 👍
Cheers Ally, the absolutely perfect winters day and the perfect sunset to go with it! The bike is definitely an advantage on this one but it would be a pleasant walk on a long summers day….a beautiful wee glen. It actually turned out not too bad without the torches 🥴 some night time cycling is great fun 😊😊😊 We did take them the next day though 😎😎cheers again mate! Paul
Not yet either new week or middle of February we will travel north just waiting for weather forecast but will definitely be going to isle of Rum in April had a pass from my wife lol
Well done lads. 5 head torches and all in the van 😅😅😅 belter. Another classic Paul. Superb views and amazing conditions. Looking forward to the next 2. It's a great Hike and hopefully u got your torches this time lol.
Cheers Tam! I had my hard torches in my wee ditty bag and just forgot to throw them in! easy to do in the morning when you are keen to get going! Amazing conditions and it just got even better the next day! Cheers again Tam! Paul
Absolutely! over excitement in the morning I think! Cracking adventure though and over 1200m for this munro! loved it though and that sunset! wow!!!! Cheers mate! Paul.
Well done guys getting back in the dark. This was one of my first bike/ hikes.Pretty steep ascent which would have been fun in slippery snow.Like another mountain away when u get to the Trig.😂🥵👍
Cheers Andy! When we got half way up I could see the top and for a minute though it was a separate mountain! 🥴. It’s a fair wee drop and that snow was deep and slippery all right. Great fun though and definitely a cracking wee bike hike! Cheers again mate!! Paul
Absolutely brilliant Paul 😍👍..Looks a brilliant mountain..Those views were brilliant and some of the shots you had were incredible 😍👍..Big Andy suits the beard 😂👍..Brilliant adventure mate😁 Cheers Robert
Thanks very much Roberto! An amazing hill and a cracker for the bike! we hit it off with the weather and the sunset at the end was pretty special! Cheers again mate! Paul.
Paul a cracking video to kick off a new year on the hills. Looks like you had a excellent day for it as our notoriously temperamental weather held steady for you. Cant believe the schoolboy error, just goes to show we can all make mistakes regardless of how experienced we are (it did make me laugh though 🤣) Glad to see you boys got back safely and were smiling at the end of the day FANTASTIC! 🏔👍
Thank you Ron! There are good dates, great days and then there are special days! this was one of them! well it turned out we had a week of them! blessed. Yeah we added a wee bit of jeopardy for the video but my head torches were in their wee bag in my van...Lesson learned and a wee bit overzealous in the morning... Alls well that ends well. Cheers again mate! Paul.
Hahahah go on lads with the bikes class I love it game as badgers good vlog guys never been here but can't wait looks beautiful up there and bloody cold thanks for sharing this awsome place
Brilliant Paul👏👏 that was top drawer, from start to finish. You just can’t beat conditions like that, what we dream of for winter hiking. It’s a nice cycle in altho it could have been dodgy in places with those conditions🥶☃️🚴🏽. The views once up high were astounding and it’s a lovely ridge walk. Loved the sun going down when you were descending of the mountain👍 And yes we all leave things behind that we tend to need😂😂 Look forward to the Glenfinnan pair🏔🏔 Well done again ATB Franko👍
Thanks Franko! we hit it off completely! the weather and views were sublime. We didn't think that there was as much snow from the bottom but it turned out great, especially along the ridge between the trig and the summit! amazing. Yeah, head torches lying in a wee ditty bag on the dashboard! but hey ho! Cracking adventure! Thanks again mate! Paulo
Absolutely fantastic video Paul mate. When you said about the head torches I couldn't stop laughing lol. Even my wife was killing herself laughing lol. Other than that the views look spectacular. I was gonna do this last year and I seen a bike is advised. Need to get myself a bike. One thing I need to get. Can't wait for your next video. Take care Alan
Thanks very much Alan! Great comment! Yeah I couldn’t help but laugh at leaving not 2 but 5 head torches in the van! I think we rushed to get away 🥴. A bike is ideal for this but it’s still easily doable by walking in especially in the longer days. Hopefully the wee video gives you a good idea of what’s ahead! Thanks again mate and thanks for the support! Paul
Just under 12 and a half minutes of pure winter magic. Fantastical mate. And those views…..wowsers. Looking forward to next weeks video. Atb donny & maxine

Cheers James! amazing views and weather you wished you had every day! To be honest there is no comparison! People may disagree but hey ho!!! Thanks mate! Paul.
