We have been dealing with Whelans for over 65 years lots of good new and second hand equipment bought there over the years,Joe senior,Joe,Kevin all nice lads to deal with, good video look forward to the next one👍
All very good equipment. Hopefully, I will get to do the other garage shortly . Very nice people. They couldn't do enough for me tea and biscuits included
I don’t think there’s any shortage of agitators I could be wrong now but every yard I go into has a few knocking about, great videos it’s great to get around theses dealerships that are far away from some of us
You possibly are right, but I know a man who was waiting over 6 months for a redrock galvanised agitator in Tralee. Thanks for your support and feedback.
Love watching your videos nice yard could you tell me what’s the difference between the Massey 5400 dyna 4 and the older 5400 without the dyna 4 I’m interested in one of those tractor but don’t know the difference
I'm not two sure, but I would assume the older 5400 is just a straight gearbox, with very little electric components more straightforward. The dyna is a great system, and the speed shift is just one gear like the julepower on the ford's
Lely bought out/merged with welger 20 years or so ago then Agco bought out Lely /Welger 5 years or so ago.......Agco also owns Massey Ferguson /Fendt and Valtra
I think it is a marketing thing at this stage and down to good dealerships . And of course, the secondhand value they day you bye is the day you sell . But I still can't understand why small farmers don't by some of the cheaper brands . MF AND JD are Kings 🤴
Totally agree, dealer more important than brand, if you have a good dealer looking after you, won’t see you stuck for a tractor if yours is in getting work done, give you a demo machine to use even if he know your not in the market, dealer before brand everything ❤

Subscribed and Liked....👍👍
Thank you loads more on the ways
AGCO bought out lely/welger so any fendt or Massey grass equipment is a continuation of lely/welger equipment
A bit like newholland, Bough out, jf equipment one stop shop now
Lely bought out/merged with welger 20 years or so ago then Agco bought out Lely /Welger 5 years or so ago.......Agco also owns Massey Ferguson /Fendt and Valtra
A big operation now
Massey ferguson took over Fella machinery, mowers rakes tedders.
When did that happen 🤔 they have a full range of equipment nowadays , a bit like newholland
Only about 5 maby 6 years ago, I had a fella rake and traded it in for a massey ferguson one, they are the very same no difference
Wow some amount of gear
Some thing for everyone and no paint needed
A man would see more machinery at this place, then you would see at the Ploughing Match, and not have to pay a penny to get in there
That's for sure
Where are we off to on our next take🎉
Same place different shed older gear ⚙️ 👌
👌
Everyone says John Deere and fendt are kings and most reliable. Not that I can afford any of European/american tractors but just curious

Class ares are same as renault ares when class buy out renault
Lely bought Welger , and Massey Ferguson bought Lely as far as I know
