My Lords, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Royal Toastopian Court! On behalf of the Military I have Great News, The Expeditionary Forces have brought us Another Victory albeit at Great Cost. Hundreds More Pieces of Gold have been Spent to Maintain their Presence in the Mountains as they were Almost Slaughtered. Now, They move South into a Wintery, Snow Covered Battlefield having Recouped from their Latest Ordeal and I Have No Doubt that They shall be Victorious Once again! But What would happen if they Were to Falter? What would happen if their Noses were Very Severely Bloodied? A Tactical Retreat into the Already Established Territories would be Inevitable, at which point Toastopia's own Sovereignty would be at Stake. If the Unknown Enemies beyond the Next Field of Battle were to Continue making Steam, then they'd almost Certainly be able to Steamroll their Way into Toastopia's own Borders and even into the Royal Courts themselves. Therefore I urge the Utmost Caution and Preparedness from this point Forward in Toastopian History and to Ready the Men, and if Necessary the Women as well, to Defend their own Homes as well as their Homeland. The World of Thronefall is a Treacherous one, and steps should be taken to ensure that we ourselves are not Conquered but that we may have the Bulwarks Provided to us by our Forefathers so as to pass them on to future generations to Toastopians.

Could you check out the latest update for Kingdoms and Castles? It's added a lot of new buildings, including a new defensive tower!
Baron, why do you ignore your economy so? Those farms would have made you SOOO much gold if you invested in them early
If you want your units to hold position you just have to hold down the group button for a second after your units are selected and it will give them a hold command it does exist in the game!
Can you play some entrenched please also your videos helped me get better at some games thank you for Making more videos

This game unironically reminds me a lot of Kingdom.
The ruler is building defenses and training up warriors and is constantly moving around on a horse? Plus building and upgrading things has slots above it for where the gold goes, That's a 1:1
Although this game does remind me a lot of Kingdom, It's definitely unique in its own way

You can tell your untis to remain stationary somewhere by first selecting them with Ctrl and then holding Ctrl once again when deselecting them

@Baron When *placing* troops hold down the button to get them to stay put, you'll see white circles on the ground under them if you've done it right. Be careful with crossbows though, they have much shorter range and have to get closer to actually shoot.
Also be careful of mines, they give lots of gold to start but one *less* each day until they pay *nothing* . So you've got to reinvest that money if you want to keep earning.
