I think it’s just this mindset of everything needing to be done. The old city wasn’t “done” for so long, it was always changing and was fun to watch the different forms. The last few months in the basement the city was mostly full, to capacity. I think Bricksie got used to that and feels like this city needs to be back to that level. Give yourself a break. Mix in some vlogs or set reveals or rebrickable builds

I don't know if you ever watch other Lego UA-camrs but 1x1 Bricks is really good at landscaping and is worth looking at to get some inspiration on methods.
I can't remember if you already addressed this, but what would be pretty cool is if the mountain range had streams that ended up in a lake which the canal comes off of. Maybe if you broke up the range into two, you could have that lake be in the middle which could be shared by the city and the camp grounds (with some water sports and fishing taking place).
Finally! And now you can advance on all the info you learned before in building these previous projects that can make it easier for you to advance on your new and epic Lego town. So proud of you Jordan!

I know you've talked about not wanting a base on the LEGO city - no fabric or anything because of how often you'll be under & through it, but what about just along the front side that we see most often? Just a thought! Sad to see all the destruction in this video, but like you said - the great good!
Just had an idea for the Ninjago sets, start your elevation on the mountain, large lake for all the Ninjago sets then continue the elevation behind the lake for the rest of the mountain

You have the space and many of the parts necessary to create your new dreams. Take your time and have fun doing it. Little bits day by day will turn into a huge wonderland. Give yourself a break!

Hey Jordan, question I know you probably won’t be able to answer it, but I know you do read some of the questions and comments starting off my CD. It’s not nearly as big as yours which you recommend doing custom buildings to help fill with the city.
At this point you are making me think you are considering the idea of tearing down the entire city (with the exception of some favorite buildings/structures) and starting from scratch with an entirely new plan. To be perfectly honest, if that's what you are thinking, I would say go for it because trying to work out a whole bunch of new Grand Plans is often impossible when the old stuff feels like its all in the way.
Obviously I knew there was a lot of time and parts that go into each build but i never knew it would be that much. lol. I would never expect you to tell anyone what you spent on all this LEGO but it's got to be astronomical at this point.

It’s been 35 years ago since I played with Lego (don’t ask me why I’m bingewatching Lego videos then) but wasn’t it that you can only place duplo on top of Lego and not Lego on duplo

Hi Bricksie I normally like you and I do like your videos. But now I have to say something not so nice. Don't take what I say as negative, but try to see the positive things I am trying to tell you. Because I do like most of everything you do. But you are making a mess now of everything and that is sad to see. I don't like to see how you are working now. Nothing planned, just do whatever comes to your mind for one day, and then you start a new project the next day. And the lego city you used to have in the basement was a city to be proud of. Now you got a big space with a big table where your old city is just thrown in somewhere on the table instead of making it all a nice city again. You don't like all the white space on the big table, And instead of making filling that white space, you go to IKEA and buy more white tables to start building the castles area. Then the next day there is only one castle left om the table and then you decide to break down all the hills and put that on a table upstairs and make a big mess overthere. Now take a moment and now go upstairs and look around for a moment at your studio and tell us what you see? A big mess of everything! And a lot of useless white space and a lot of lego just put somewhere. Nothing is looking nice and it is all a mess. I really think you first need to focus on what you have now and make that look nice before you start to work on a new project every next day, and then next day start another project or go to IKEA to buy more tables. You don't need more white space. You need to focus on your city you have now look that nice again. And don't create all the white space that you can not even fill. Only use the space that you need now to build the city and when you have build a finished building (or whatever) you want to place in a city then extend that city at the place where you think it would look nice. Again I am not trying to be negative. I hope you will learn to focus first on building your current city and make proud of it, and then start to work on anything. But one at the time. So try to get your focus and planning better and not start so many projects that are all a mess and nothing is finished or at a presentable result. Good luck! You can do it! We know you can! So make it beautiful again and studio you will be proud of!

Recycling all the builds into new builds so previous builds earnt some income and so will this and the new builds from this. Great if you can do it 😜

You can always use duplo for the support structure as it is compatible with the standard Lego system
