Amen! I went through the same thing. I do customized cakes and work a full time job. I took on so many orders, even having to turn many down. I overwhelmed myself and no longer wanted to do it. Well, that was 2 years ago. I am now in the process of rebuilding my business because the passion/gift is still there. I am proud of you, your strength and your willingness to share. May God continue to bless you ❤❤❤
I'm making these on Friday. I asked someone about using alcohol in chocolate and they told me no. Now, I see it can be used, but in moderation 🥰 thank you for all you do.
Awesome tutorial. I love how you ended this tutorial with an encouraging scripture and encouraging words. God bless you, your family and your business.
I just made these and can’t stop eating them. Just a tip you can take the 1tablespoon measuring spoon and just scoop and dump on the parchment paper. The Carmel was still kinda hot so it formed its own turtle without me having to get my hands messy 🥰thanks so much for this recipe 😍❤️👌🏽
I'm so glad this video auto played while I was cooking. I subbed not just for the recipes but for your message at the end. Thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas and may God bless you and yours!
Yes Blessful Creations I will be doing these for sure you make everything look so easy you know what you are doing girl keep it up. I enjoy every video you have put out here I'll even watch these videos over again.
Hi, these look delicious. Thanks for sharing your technique with us. I will be trying these this weekend. Your presentation is on point. Just amazing. That scripture at the end blessed me. And again tfs. Blessings to you!!💞
Thanks for sharing. I just love your channel. I love your spirit, your dedication to perfection. My husband loves these. I am going to attempt to make. May #YAH Bless you and your family forever.
Thank you for sharing. I want to make these for my daughter and her team so no Hennessy. I pray they come out just as great. I also used your candy apples recipe. You are such a beautiful soul.
Help, Sis. I’m not sure what I did wrong. I followed the recipe to the Tee, but noticed my chocolate became way too thick. I could only dip them once. Also, I used Courvoisier, and some say they couldn’t taste the alcohol. Please help.
You are a talented and wonderful blessing to us all, you are a great instructor and I truly enjoyed your video, thank you for sharing your talent and skills with us, continued Blessings upon you 💖🌸💖🌸
Have you ever thought about soaking the pecans in the alcohol first, then roast them in the oven or on top of the stove, then following the rest of your recipe the way you do it in this recipe? It would just add more alcohol into it.
OMG!!!!! I made these and they were sooooo good. My adult kids truly enjoyed them. I used white Hennessy because I had it on hand but I am going out this weekend purchase the dark Hennessy so I can compare them. How do you store them so they don't get that ash look?
Hi thanks for sharing. I couldn't hear what you said we can use if we don't want to add the alcohol in the caramel?. What else can we put in the carmel when melting it? I'm gonna make it for my family and kids will eat it too so I don't want to use alcohol. Thanks
Laura Penny for me I hate to see a thin coat of chocolate and it look better dipped twice to me so that’s why I dipped twice but you don’t have too I have customers who prefer only one coat of chocolate
Zakiyah Carpenter add a drop of dishwashing liquid and hot hot and keep rinsing until clean I even stick a towel down in there and take a butter knife and wash in the inside of it
You are my fav... swear...you do so many bomb things...I be thinking I'm the bomb and then I get a notification from your UA-cam that you've uploaded a video and it's always something I haven't seen anyone else do...whew, chile...the talent
Hi.... can you add the recipe to this video so we’ll know how many a recipe can make.....ex: 2 bags of caramels will give you how many turtles or what is the exact recipe for a dozen?
I see this is a year old but thought I'd try to help anyway. Lol It all depends on how big or small you make them. I think she got 15 out of that batch. The recipe was... 3.5 TBL butter, 1.5 to 2 C pecans, 1- 11 oz bag of caramels. 2 TBL alcohol in caramel...1 tsp alcohol in chocolate. She didn't say how much of the chocolate chips she used but it looked to be at least 1/2 to 3/4 of the bag. It looked like the 23 oz bag. Hope this helps. xx : )
Love the info and so glad you’re sharing but I would add to the video for people who want to make and sell liquor infused treats to check cottage laws in there states! Also check liquor laws they do NOT PLAY about liquor licensing and selling liquor infused treats etc! Tell them sell at their own risk

Have you ever thought about soaking the pecans in the alcohol first, then roast them in the oven or on top of the stove, then following the rest of your recipe the way you do it in this recipe? It would just add more alcohol into it.
Alcohol don't cook or bake. The heat would kill it. You won't taste it. That's why cupcakes and things of this nature are infused with alcohol.
@@awinner4life depends on how long you roast it for. If you just barely heat to dry it won't kill all the alcohol
Oh myyy 😍
Could you please post.the whole recipe for me would really appreciate that have a blessed week and weekend.😘
Hello! Where can I find the white backdrop?
OMG!!!!! I made these and they were sooooo good. My adult kids truly enjoyed them. I used white Hennessy because I had it on hand but I am going out this weekend purchase the dark Hennessy so I can compare them. How do you store them so they don't get that ash look?
