At 25:48, shamsi challenged the people if he has default in his aqeedah. I will name 2 defaults in aqeedah that he has and i swear by Allah that i have spoke with him. In the famous discussion he had with Muhammad hijab 3 or 4 years ago on the content over everything channel, he clearly said that there’s not every time an excuse out of ignorance. Rather it is theoretically there depending on the time and place and Imam Muhammad ibn Abdilwahhaab held this belief even though the khawarij dislike it and try everything in their power to disprove that the Imam really held this belief, they love to quote his grandsons which had a legit ikhtilaf with him in this matter, but remember we were talking about the opinion of Imam ud dawah and not his grandsons. If you search through durar us saniyyah you’ll find that the Aimmah of Najd had an ikhtilaf in this matter because it is a fiqh issue and not of aqeedah.

The 2nd default in aqeedah of shamsi is: Shamsi believes that if someone makes a legislation wich contradicts the law of Allah and he implements this law for the people and obliges the people to seek judgment to, the person is still a muslim as long as he says that the law of Allah is better. We know that the only Legislator is Allah. So when someone comes with a law wich contradicts the law of Allah then this person has committed shirk in the Rububiyah of Allah.
You’re wrong because that applies to everyone then. If the man of the house allows his daughters to travel for a number of days alone the. That contradicts Allah’s legislations so is this man a kaffir? No he is someone who follows his desires and sinning, if he is aware of Allah’s legislation, BUT he is not a disbeliever. Be consistent.
@@mohuss1804 You have to distinguish between "commiting a sin" and "legislating a sin". By allowing his daughter to travel, while believing that it is haram, he did not legislate. He did not implement it to all the people. For instance, the one who drinks alcohol while believing it is haram, he is not legislating. Legislating i.e at-tashree3, is making a law for the people to bind by it, and seek judgment to it and obliging the judges to judge with it.

Alhamdulillah the religion is complete and the answer for how we deal with the rulers, be they pious or not, is found within it, the best guidance is that of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ The Prophet of Allāh (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam), upon whose statements and actions we establish our religion, stated in an authentic tradition: “There will appear after me rulers, they will not guide by my guidance, and they will not establish my Sunnah; there will be amongst them men whose hearts will be hearts of devils in the bodies of men!” He was asked: “How should I behave, O Messenger of Allāh, if I reach that time?” He replied: “Hear and obey the Amīr (i.e. the ruler), even if he beats your back and [illegally] takes your wealth - hear and obey!” Muslim in the Sahīh, Book of Rulership. In another authentic tradition, the Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam) stated: “Hear and obey the ruler in that which is difficult for you and in that which is easy for you, in times of invigoration and in times of dislike and weariness and when others are given preferential treatment over you - even if they take and consume your wealth and they beat your back - except that you do not obey them if it involves disobedience to Allāh.” Ibn Hibbān in his Sahīh, no. 4562, authenticated by al-Albānī. Note that the Prophet commanded the Muslims not to obey the ruler in disobedience to Allāh, but he did not command with rebellion. And it is possible to disobey the Ruler without raising the sword against him or calling for his overthrow.

The 2nd default in aqeedah of shamsi is:
Shamsi believes that if someone makes a legislation wich contradicts the law of Allah and he implements this law for the people and obliges the people to seek judgment to, the person is still a muslim as long as he says that the law of Allah is better.
We know that the only Legislator is Allah. So when someone comes with a law wich contradicts the law of Allah then this person has committed shirk in the Rububiyah of Allah.

You have to distinguish between "commiting a sin" and "legislating a sin".
By allowing his daughter to travel, while believing that it is haram, he did not legislate. He did not implement it to all the people.
For instance, the one who drinks alcohol while believing it is haram, he is not legislating.
Legislating i.e at-tashree3, is making a law for the people to bind by it, and seek judgment to it and obliging the judges to judge with it.

Alhamdulillah the religion is complete and the answer for how we deal with the rulers, be they pious or not, is found within it, the best guidance is that of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ
The Prophet of Allāh (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam), upon whose statements and actions we establish our religion, stated in an authentic tradition:
“There will appear after me rulers, they will not guide by my guidance, and they will not establish my Sunnah; there will be amongst them men whose hearts will be hearts of devils in the bodies of men!” He was asked: “How should I behave, O Messenger of Allāh, if I reach that time?” He replied: “Hear and obey the Amīr (i.e. the ruler), even if he beats your back and [illegally] takes your wealth - hear and obey!”
Muslim in the Sahīh, Book of Rulership.
In another authentic tradition, the Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wassallam) stated:
“Hear and obey the ruler in that which is difficult for you and in that which is easy for you, in times of invigoration and in times of dislike and weariness and when others are given preferential treatment over you - even if they take and consume your wealth and they beat your back - except that you do not obey them if it involves disobedience to Allāh.”
Ibn Hibbān in his Sahīh, no. 4562, authenticated by al-Albānī. Note that the Prophet commanded the Muslims not to obey the ruler in disobedience to Allāh, but he did not command with rebellion. And it is possible to disobey the Ruler without raising the sword against him or calling for his overthrow.
