I think it has a lot to do with the composting she does. It’s some sort of fermentation process I’m unfamiliar with. It looks pretty effective. I just started sharing my gardening journey here on UA-cam as well and thinking of making worm composting bins right in my garden.

Me, my daughter at age 2½ years old are gonna take the big jump very soon.... we are moving, from my home island Bornholm, to the other side of the country, Jylland. It's a really big step, we know no one there (yet), except my half sister, who is also moving to Jylland, this month. And when my little family (me, my daughter, our two dogs 🐕🐕 and cat 🐈⬛) moves, I want a garden just loke yours, not as big, but we (I) want to grow vegatables 🍅🥒 and fruits 🍎🍐 and have some chickens 🐔🥚🥚 as well (but as a start I just got my Bokashi home to use, and I already love it❤😍).
