I read a book called fibershed years ago before I learned how to knit and I think the whole concept is SO interesting! That’s one of the main things that got me into knitting and I hope that one day I can afford to buy nice locally grown and milled wool yarn that would make me so happy but I feel like I’m not there yet with my skills

I wish there had been the yarnyarn crawl when I lived in the Bay a few years ago!!
I think aran weight is actually thicker than worsted weight, so you wouldn’t need to hold it with anything to make that jacket pattern.
