random but you should vacuum before mopping!! 😭 that way the vacuum picks up all of the dust and crumbs and then the mop can clean and polish everything up :')
I keep saying that to myself. I love Lauren but I get confused when she mops then vacuums. Maybe I'm wrong.

Hey Friend, Happy Sunday. I love the weekend, Saturday is my favorite day of the week. ❤I enjoy doing my errands for the day early in the morning so I can get them done and not worry about them the rest of the day. Plus there’s less people in the mornings and not as much traffic. ❤ There’s nothing better than cleaning out our fridge before getting groceries. It gives you an overview of what you have already and what you need. ❤🥰🦋

I used to think the same about the probiotics, there is an episode of the podcast “Wellness Her Way” where a pharmacist explains how refrigerated probiotics won’t survive in the stomach and will be dead by the time they make it to the intestines, completely changed my thinking.

I love seeing how people living in Florida like you still change wardrobes in three-month sets, but differently there! This makes me have a question about it. Do you have a/c on year round, or is it just replaced by some heat during some of the winter months when the a/c machine is on? I bet even dogs would want a mix of a/c, heat, and neither, regardless of geographical location

just a tip reheat the chicken in a pan on the stovetop and even mix it with rice and veggies it tastes great and less dry
