EKONID Deutsches Spargelessen 2023

On Friday night, May 5, 2023, after a four-year hiatus brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, EKONID successfully held the long-awaited Asparagus Dinner in the Bali Room of Hotel Indonesia Kempinski.
Over 200 people came to enjoy the main course, concocted by Kempinski's Executive Assistant Manager Mauro Bellodi and Executive Sous Chef Jakov Orsulic, of a combination of black forest ham, young potatoes, and white asparagus with melted butter and hollandaise sauce - or their vegetarian or halal offering.
Major shout-outs to DJ Shena for her classy beats, as well as to our harpist, the critically-acclaimed Maria Pratiwi, for invigorating the evening's entertainment slots.
