The graffiti seems nice itself. Graffiti on trains make impression of a poor, dangerous and shit region. If you see the big picture of the city, paintings don't meet with nice view requirements.
Nah, People perceive cities based how how sketchy it looks, graffiti doesnt look sketchy it's just illegal art is all.
Like how cool photos of Chicago look cool, but are a lie compared to actual Chicago, it's a shithole, they only try to make Chicago cooler looking.

I always prefer freight train graffiti, especially the stuff that doesn't go over serial numbers. Loads of freight train drivers and workers are cool with that and will leave it unbuffed.
As for metros.. I dunno. No particularly hard opinion. Respect to those who let them roll in traffic, like in Romania - Berlin has been letting them roll too!
