All Of My COMPLETED Disney Pin Sets | Hidden Mickey, Mystery, and LE Pins!

- What I thought would be fun today was to share all of the Disney pin sets I have completed! And by this I mean, Hidden Mickey pin sets, mystery pin sets, and limited edition pin sets. I don't too often complete pin sets, I tend to collect individual pins that are in a set, but I have been enjoying completing some Hidden Mickey pin sets! I actually have a surprisingly small number of mystery pin sets that I've completed, and also only a few completed limited edition pin sets. Do you like to complete specific pin sets, or do you prefer collecting individual pins?

*What type of pin collector are you?* Do you like to collect and complete specific sets or do you prefer individual pins?
The only completed set I have are the Stormtrooper Mystery Pins! Aside from that, I have lots of Disney cats and animals.
I'm more of a individual pin collector but will consider collecting sets as well. Love your ears by the way!❤

I love looking at sets but I'm more into individual pins, just cause its so hard to keep up with it all!
Definitely a single pin collector. I have a 3pin HM set from asia thats done and i am trying to complete a game set from hong kong but thats all i can think of
I can't believe you were able to finally complete your Zootopia PTDs; that must be so exciting! Good luck collecting this year's monthly LE releases.
I still forget that I've completed the set, it still feels unreal!
When I need more pins to trade I buy mystery pins and trade off the duplicates for pins to complete hidden Mickey sets and I hit it super hard in WDW and completed multiple sets using this method.

Hi Emily. There are two sets of pins you have I really like. One you said you weren't sure of the name. It had Dapper Mickey on various backgrounds and colors. The other is the Paris Pin Trading night set of Zootopia. I have been trying to get my hands on the Cinderella set like that. So far I have one, if the blue bird. The actual one with Cinderella is very pricey on eBay 😂. But that is a one day goal. Thanks for sharing. -Ali 🎀🏰💖
They're all so cute. My favorite in the Mickey's Mouse Party Mystery Set, the Fruit Hidden Mickeys, and the Zootopia Lattes set.
Not relevant, but my favorite pin I have is a 2002 Disney Cruise Line Donald Duck pin I found at a thrift store for $8. Pin on pin, too! But as for pin collecting, I prefer collecting pins of a specific characters, Ariel in her mermaid form (Original, I know ahaha) is what I have picked. But now with that Donald pin, I may just have to add him too.
The Zootopia PTD set was the most satisfying part of the video tbh Congrats !!

Right now I’ve been doing a little bit of both! I started my pin trading and collecting centered around getting the hidden Mickey sets in the parks, and the branched off and have started to grow my main collections with single pins and a couple of the mystery box sets that I really really love.
I really only like completed mystery sets if they're all based on one film because I'm pretty picky about what I collect.
Always love your pin videos!! I got into pin trading a few years ago and mainly get them from my disney store or when kind relatives pick me up pins when the go visit WDW. What I mainly try to collect is individual pins from movies that I like.

I agree that Full pin sets are quite satisfying. However, since I don't have a ton of money to spend, I prefer collecting only my favorites from the sets. My sister very much enjoys collecting the full set though.
I usually collect single pins, but I do have a bunch of completed hidden mickey pin sets. Those I started when I began trading pins in the park. I know some are not authentic but they still look good in my pin books. I think my favorite one that I have is the first princess shoe set.

Question the pin board you had real and fake ones on, what was the one towards bottom left, either looks like a fan or a seashell? It was a pinky yellow type color

No, that one is a 'chaser' pin which I talk about earlier in the video
Did you find the storybook pin hinges to be fragile? My Mulan hinge broke the very first time I opened it :( I really like several others in the collection, but I've been nervous to pick any others up because of that.
I never got Into hidden mickeys. I only have a handful, and usually just don’t spend my time on them, and I don’t really complete sets, just 1 or 2 out of my 400 pins. I tend to just avoid pins that are heavily faked
What does "wave A" mean? It would be amazing if you could clear that up:) (for those of us aspiring pin traders)
Complete the Nesting Doll mystery series, the Royal Princesses Crest, the character Doughnuts 🍩 mystery series (not the 2018 monthly Donut Shop pins series)... still missing 1 macaron Hidden Mickey pin... S1 & S2 Loungefly Princesses gown... not the S3 Wedding gown sets... Princess Royal word set...HKDisney teacup set... only missing Belle in pleasant blue dress pin from the Fantasyland BatB set... complete the Frozen diamond Sweater pin set... and have the matching Frozen mug...complete Character with Latte 2018 monthly pins. Latte was the main collection of 2018 that I wanted to complete of... the lunchtime tales and the doughnut 🍩 shop only wanted certain ones not the entire series...

how do you get all of these WDW pins?? i cant find them anywhere to buy!
You can find them from tons of difference sources. I trade for some online in the FB groups, I buy some there, buy some on eBay, etc.
where do you go to get info on those monthly release sets? (I know there are sometimes multiple sets that are monthly, between the parks and everything. But where do I go to see which ones are the 2020 sets?)
Follow disneypinsblog.com or on their IG, they give info on every Disney pin being released!
What is a completer pin? And how do you get one?
Completer pins are now being phased out, but they used to be released about a year after the set in purchase with purchase blind bags. Later, they became available only in the Hidden Mickey mystery pouches. They are the final special branded pin that 'completes' a set.
