spectacles for me is a supportive element if you want to make it an 'entertaining' drama. so it is quite important for story that isn't easy to be accepted by people who is not their target audiences.
All due respect young man, Please review A6EoD?! For one, your definition of “Music” isn’t what Aristotle was referring to as “Music”. In fact it is the melody/pattern of speech which is considered the element of Music. I love what you’re doing, but do a more research before posting. Keep doing what you do; your voice is important.
You are right, of course. When adapting the elements to movies, it gets a bit more difficult to determine if it has good rhythm. The goal of these videos is to help raise media literacy, not teach musical theory. If you know how to judge if a story has good rhythm, I would genuinely love to hear. This particular element is both Music and Rhythm. so it's been adapted to our modern stories, which happen to be movies in this case, music being a major element of modern movies. Thanks for the comment!!
Dude... Music is anything you "hear", that includes speech, SFX, and accents and music as well. You really need to correct that in your video. Spectacle is anything your eye sees, that would be the special effects, but also the costumes, the set, the lighting used, just anything that is seen. You told a good explanation until those two.
5 years later and this still helps a lot thank you so much i was struggling to find a good video ❤
