Inside out at the WIFC 24

Inside out is (C) work 2018 owned by Ruth Mair Howard-Jones was created thanks to rehearsal time at Studio Wayne Mc Gregor, Pineapple Dance Studios and the Playground Rambert.
The music was paid through PRS for live performance at The Women In Dance leadership in LA 24 and the Women's International Festival of Choreography 2024 at Royal Academy dance and will be omitted on UA-cam in the mid section. If you would like to know what all the music os or discuss performance of the work please get in touch.
Some students took part in the opening sequence and as with a lot of personally developed work the rehearsal time is minimum.
