I love the flowers you painted, especially the lilies! Watching artists paint flowers with dots is what got me interested in watercolor just 4 months ago. I've painted the dot flowers and have made lots of bookmarks with that technique. Mine are more rustic, with every petal a bit imperfect. My daughter is having her wedding invitation designed by her graphic artist daughter using my dot flowers! I think they're a bit elementary but she loves them! Another artist who inspired me also paints dots in a vertical row for the petals and the leaves and makes the most beautiful florals. She also uses that technique for beautiful butterflies. Would love to see you paint some like that. And I've painted flowers made with 3 or 4 dots, at different angles, inspired by another artist I follow. I love your florals and was inspired to buy your latest brushes, and enjoy playing with them. I have no aspirations of being able to paint a full floral, but love the drills and painting simple flowers. Thanks for all your tutorials!

Yes you are able to follow better when it is slow, especially when you are interest3ed in a particular way of painting.
lillies have long thin leaves , at least my Tiger Lillies do..they are all over my yard front and back...one of the reasons we wanted this home..lol. I love this technique, it was the first technique I learned 20 years ago in my classes. You are awesome!

These paintings are so pretty.
You were saying you didn't really like those roses that you previously did. I thought they were gorgeous! They were nearly photorealistic! But I didn't love those blue flowers. The one at the upper left was good but overall they were very flat.
I'm always amazed by your tutorials and finding them very easy to understand and follow along. Thank you for taking the time to post so much content. My granddaughter and I are going to paint color bleed circles this afternoon. It'll be fun! ❤❤❤

Suggestion: I've been trying to do a sunset over a lake but not really having success. I think the color blend that you do would be good in trying to do a sunset over water. Maybe that would be fun to play around with. ❤❤
As the old saying goes..Art is in the eye of the beholder. If you want "perfect" , you might as well just take a photo. Painting loose is harder for me I have to work at it but getting there. And I love how this lily turned out
