Apartment living for me was good for my budget but not my sanity. I’m so much happier in the home I purchased. Neighbors are noisy at times but nothing compared to my wild upstairs neighbors who made the most noise 😅 Apartment was 600 a month utilities not included. Mortgage is 1200 a month. Worth every penny.

that depends on the house and how its build so there is no point in using this as advice
my neighbors think i have an annoying dog, but in reality, i have a very loud speaker that plays dog barking noises all night long
