Franc Kuzma's New Listening Room - Sigma Maat Speakers

Franc's new listening room and new speakers Sigma Matt.
During the Kuzma Academy 2024 visit in october, we had the opportunity to listen to Franc Kuzma's new listening room and the new Sigma Matt speakers.
This record was one of the two records Michael Fremer brought. Beginning of the video is Michael Fremer talking about the album.
We also had the chance to hear the prototype Kuzma Safir 12" tonearm and the prototype Kuzma Car-70 cartridge.
I will also upload videos of 2-3 different tracks from this room

Amazing speakers indeed What impressed me is how big are the two woofers compared to the other drivers
This shows how challenging is to stay flat very down in frequency Very big cones are needed And cabinets of course

It’s UA-cam silly. This not what it actually sound like.

Recorded with very small Sennheiser in ear mics.They are not good at high level recordings. Also youtube compression changes a lot. Did you watch the second video ?

That bullett tweeter mounted beside the planar driver is simply ridicolous... I'm wondering if the designer knows how soundwave propagation works.

That is a exprimental add on super tweeter. Not in production model.

Hello, this is a dedicated listening room not a living room. If you're making such an investment, it's much better to have a separate listening room, man cave : )
