Hank offer release was july 11th. And his ftp event was Aug 5th. I doubt many will follow this pattern tho, im sure the CB showcase dictated this date.
Yup. They went out of their way to screw over light spenders and f2p by pushing the hank release back. As bad as the cb release method was, what they did with Hank was even dirtier imo.
I don’t think cb will come back until after the first run of the next legendary and before its second run. It’s similar to what they did with farmability for OOT and Cabal for OML.
I think we need more Apocalypse style unlock methods personally. Just taking the same teams to punch through DD style game modes is just boring. If they had select old teams required, I'd be way more interested. Plus, the marvel universe is so big, it's not just made up of Spider-men.
@MrWyx1 and it resulted in everybody having the exact same teams powered up and everything in the game became boring because of it. There's a reason so many people quit during that time
Arena defence has been an issue for ages you put hand in defence for a bit, and get killed its the in game curtesy. anyone who does not know this is "new money"
Supplementary shmutary. These orbs were fine for Hank and Shuri (when they were bonus rewards, not the rewards themselves). Now, this needs to stop. These orbs are trash. They are not rewards. Despite what the devs may try to spin as “catch up” orbs, that’s disingenuous. These orbs exist to frustrate players to manipulate ppl into spending money (and I don’t mean money buying more of these trash orbs). Just so I am clear, I would rather 0 shards of the new character, than these orbs that just make me feel insulted and that I’m wasting my time. That’s how bad these orbs are. They need to either make these orbs feel rewarding with one of the side drops, make them an ancillary reward like when we got them from pocket dimension along with gear, diamonds, etc, or these orbs need to go away and never come back.
@mmobilegaming9256 before when toons had their own orbs named after them we used to get a few shards per orb at least. I know this isn't their release method but they are already having an event where you get points for using them just to screw ftp even further
It’s sad that you have to mention people can be happy for others within your team (alliance) who get good rng. People that get genuinely upset at their teammates who get good rng are the definition of loser mentality

These orbs have been trash. I have got 15 shards out of 30 orbs and that is including the milestones...
Try looking at the glass half full. 15 shards is much better than the 5 free shards we used to get when a new character released.

They do that with every release method. At least this way F2P has a chance if they get a lucky orb
