I used to enjoy watching people play ArcheAge many years ago since I couldn't play it myself, so now-since I also recently built my first PC-I'm pretty excited to try this game out, even though I know some people are seemingly disappointed with what's been shown so far.
It looks like kakao/XL just threw the Archeage name on a completely different game. It looks cool, but I can't see this holding on to anyone who liked the first game.
i agree, for some reason all these sequel games seem like they just want to be another bdo, in style and combat since tab targeting wasnt working for them i guess?

Whenever any MMO goes console, that's not a good sign. Means the company, devs, publishers, whatever need money and they're just tryna bank on any audience they can grab. Never, get your hopes up. As much as we all dream for a AA comeback, it probably won't happen. Then, you just hope to God that the game doesn't go Mobile, then it's GG.

well my friend, ArcheAge has shutdown. the only way to get into it is the private server and i have no clue what the state of that is like.

Dude this is not a BDO type of game. This is 100% an action RPG with multiplayer elements.
