Whelen Engineering: WPS-2905, Alert / Fast Wail - Bloomington, Indiana

This video was recorded on Friday July 5th, 2019 during Bloomington's weekly test. I thought the siren was smoking when I recorded it but after reviewing the video, it looks like there's a little smoke stack to the left of the siren.
This siren is located on top of one of Indiana University's residence halls. I was hoping to hear voice, as I have yet to hear a voice siren in person, but alas no voice.
Sirens in Monroe County are tested Monthly on the 1st Friday at noon and 7pm. In addition to this siren, IU has 5 other Whelen stacks. The rest of the county has mostly 2001's and one finback Vortex. IU owns and controls its own system while Monroe County EMA owns and controls the rest.
