The experiment shows that if lifting any object with a bar keeping the object at the end of the bar then the object feels too heavy.
But the weight of the object is constant.
Many times the explanation to this concept is given that torque acts on the bag which makes it heavy.

Good Mathematical Explanation
I would like to add that torque when applied to mechanical systems - is lever principle in disguise. Lever is a force multiplier. Depending on the pivot point, we can and often use it to gain mechanical advantage in a system.
In automobile engineering we use this principle in gear ratios (trade speed for torque) for instance while going uphill 😊

Sir is also correct but the other teachers explained this in simple way so that everyone can understand. Many 9th or 10th standard students also watch their videos. So giving a simple explanation atleast develops their interest in physics. Otherwise if everyone explained it on advanced level then students will start fearing physics from the start.

It depends on how much time and efficiency we dedicate to the subjects. For dedication we have to find that love in the subject after which interest develops. Scientists are also humans but only thing is they are 99% dedicated to their subject due to interest and fantasy feeling in their subject. Finally.. one physics teacher that makes sense. I secured an ok air in JEE and used to love physics during my prep days. I watch these teachers doing weird explanations and it grinds my gears how students get satisfied with these shitty superficial attempts at explanations.
