Just a quick clarification that the IAO: Ophite Iconography softcover reissue with be much, much more Deluxy than the (h)Aurorae paperback was. Paper stock inside is of the highest quality, super smooth Fedrigoni Italian Paper, the cover material will featured a beautiful textural feel to the touch (instead of the regular matte or glossy cover), the binding itself is a new process for us to use call "OTA binding" which means the book block is smyth-sewn and can open almost completely flat as it mimics how a well bound hardcover would open! Plus if we are fully funded then French-flaps will be added too. All in all, this is a much larger book too, and quite the different beast. That being said, a thousand thanks again for bringing attention to the Kickstarter. On behalf of myself, Anathema, and Jose, we thank you.
I am guessing that this new softcover will not in fact fit inside the new slipcase? Of course it is not mentioned as fitting on the kickstarter landing page but just thought I’d ask;)
And yes! The custom Slipcases will be unlocked and offered as Add-ons once we reach 130K CAD$ (so before we are fully funded at 150K CAD$)... hopefully soon! At which points backers will be able to go back and manage their pledges to add the Slipcase as well, if they so desire. :D
Hi Denis, surely you've noticed (and been bombarded about) Alan Moore and Steve Moore's (mandatory "no relation") The Moon and Serpent Bumper Book of Magic which finally has a publishing date? Maybe I've missed a mention of it in these videos, but any thoughts on that?
@@FoolishFishBooks I remember. That's how I found out about it. I just thought you'd mention it again because you'd mentioned the Anathema Kickstarter a couple times for which I'm equally excited about. Of course some kickstarters are more important and exciting than others and it won't be the same for everyone. You can't give every project equal attention and some you just can't take any time for at all. If only all subscribers watched every video.
I just started reading Waking up to the Dark after reading Way of the Rose. I've always had a fascination with the rosary, so this really has been a treat. I wish I had known about the Obscuro Tarot sooner, I would have gotten it but its already been funded and I'm no longer able to get the deck. It looks really beautiful.
Yay Im so glad you recommended “The Shahnameh” :) That was me on your Patreon. Anyone familiar with books like Frater Acher’s “Holy Daimon” and interested in Zoroastrianism and mythic prehistory / history will be deeply entranced and inspired by “The Shahnameh”. Youre the best, thanks for all your hard work!
The affiliate links only work for Amazon US and UK. Tried to buy two books from your affiliate links, but got a message saying that it was unavailable, then I accessed them through my countries' link and was able to buy them. Is there a way to use an international Amazon affiliate link? So you don't miss out on the rest of the world trying to buy them through your links.
Would you recommend reading the first book before reading Hellenic Tantra? I'm going to add Hellenic Tantra and Secrets of Greek Mysticism to my cart! I love that the author of Secrets to Greek Mysticism is a native Greek because he has experienced the cultural and folk experiences where most of us don't. I recently watched a review video by Tarot Readings from a Bi*ch about the Black Madonna book and she said that the Black Madonna is hardly mentioned in the book.

Thank you for the clarification, Gabriel! So very exciting!
I find that hard to believe... Knowing that my Auroræ paperback is already topnotch cover and paper quality 😁
@@ronalda3488 Better believe it - prototypes have already been done ;)
@@gmccaughry of course I backed from Day 1, with all the posters 😂

Yes! I mentioned it when the details were announced a few weeks ago. I'll talk more about it closer to the release date of course.
That video has just turned my financial situation into the Hades....

Would you advise starting from the beginning /older episodes of Glitch Bottle?
Yes! 100% !!
I was wondering if Liber Phorbas would get a mention in the final leg of the Kickstarter campaign.
Oh! I mentioned it a couple weeks ago 😊🙏

Robert Chambers wrote the King In Yellow. Super excited to finally get this Kickstarter reward, it's been a long time coming.

I think international links exist, just not sure how to get them to work.
