Today I'll provide step-by-step instruction on how to make this adorable bumblebee wreath using poly burlap mesh and a Dollar Tree wire wreath frame. The technique is simple to learn!!!
I bought my mesh for this project from:
Craftoutlet.com
Supplies:
One 6" clip-on bumblebee (the one I used can be found at craftoutlet.com)
One roll of 10" solid yellow poly burlap mesh
One roll of 10" solid black poly burlap mesh
One roll of 10" yellow/black "windowpane" poly burlap mesh
8" zip ties
8" Dollar Tree wire wreath frame
#5 plastic mesh to line the center of your frame and create the flower center (I find mine at Hobby Lobby)
6 black pipe cleaners
One 10 yard piece of black flex jute tubing (Craftoutlet.com)
Coordinating felt for the back of your wreath
Black zip ties to attach wreath backing (optional) - Навчання та стиль
GREAT VIDEO!!! The wreath is adorable!
I just love how neat and clean this looks. My fave by far. Thank you for your awesome tutorial.
You are an excellent teacher I like the way you give instructions and you explain so nice😊
Absolutely beautiful ❤
Such a beautiful wreath. Great instructions. I really like the way you showed how to finish off the back. Thank you ❤Mary
So cute!! 🌟🌻🌻❤🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
That is too adorable!
The way you do the Dean Michael petal is the easiest way I've seen anyone do it. I was having such a problem with this petal until I saw your videos. You do it with such confidence and ease. Gave me hope that I can accomplish this flower. Thank you for that.
Great video! Beautiful work! Love it❤❤❤

Hi Christine! LOVE your videos!
Beautiful TYFS 😎😎👍👍
So dang cute.. thank you..
🌞🌼❤
So cute.. I love the contrasting colors. Can you mention where you purchased that little hole punch? Or what kind you use. It's hard to find one that doesn't make larger holes. Hope to see more holiday or seasonal wreaths. Love your tutorials ❤
Hi Holly. Thank you for your kind words. The hole punch is one I bought long ago. It’s from Martha Stewart’s craft line and punches holes that are 1/32”. I can’t find a link for it any longer but I saw a 1/16” sized one (not Martha’s :)) on Michaels.com (see link). Take care!

I'm going to make this wreath later this week. How do you get your mesh to lay flat? Mine is always so curled that it makes the petals looks different... Thanks!
I usually cut and prep my mesh ahead of time. I then stack my mesh squares and press them underneath something heavy, like a stack of books 😊
This is super cute! Out of curiosity, what size box would you ship this size wreath in? Thanks in advance!
This wreath fits nicely in a 20x20x4" shipping box. Take care!
Do you have written instructions for this and where to place the petals. Please. Thank you in advance.
You can save this video to stop and start for each section that you are working on as that may help you.
What do you charge for your wreath?
Gorgeous
Hi there. I charge $75 plus shipping on my Etsy shop for this wreath. Take care! Christine
I would like written directions too
How do you Mod Podge the edges?
After cutting my squares with my wood burner and before applying them to the wreath frame, I usually lightly dot Mod Podge along the cut edges of each mesh square with a small craft paint brush. I then let them dry a couple hours before applying them to the wreath form. I hope to do a quick tutorial on this soon too. Hope that helps!
Thank you!
Having trouble folding this
