Marsha flew to Winterhaven with me taking video in the back. I flew the return trip in our Delta Jet with the other 2 trikes in close with a beautiful background of white puffy scattered clouds under us and large ones farther off.. There are some air to air maneuvers by Larry in his Revo, whle Sean makes some very nice syncronized formation flight in his Delta Jet.
when I am feeling down or depressed, I watch this video to help me. I love it.

It is so awesome to see you guys fly. I didn't realize that Ultra Lites can climb so high. I'm watching one of favorite western movies on TV, at the same time watching your video. I find myself turnng off the TV to watch this. So peaceful and serene. Living precariously through your flying. Enjoy and thanks for the upload.

Where do I start? My friend turned me on to trikes and I took my first intro. flight last week. I can't stop thinking about it. I can't afford the machines you are in but the music.. I love and to have it touch me in that way when I flew above the clouds. Well, it's almost like a calling! I will buy, I will learn and I will FLY! Hi guys, GREAT video. I fly trikes in CA and we rarely get those cool convective clouds you show there - fun when we do and it's not too bumpy. You guys fly reeeeally close together! Great stuff.

I finally decided to live life and not just be apart of the work force , a cog on gear. I'm turning 50 this year and going to live my dream an flying with the eagles . get my pilots certification and rip the chords that bind me to God's green earth. yup that's my and sticking to it... love these trikes.
at 52 I am now doing the same, life is for living... best of luck with your venture..

Glad you liked it. This is 2009 video, but the best video Marsha has ever shot. So smooth and picturesque. We have a REVO now in Zephyrhills, FL and still enjoy flying.

Thanks for the comment. It was one of the first times we tried some formation flying. We have more flights since and enjoy the air to air action.
so what happens when you fly trike into a cloud? would you lose altitude rapidly or will you have some insane turbulence?

revo is a beautiful and performance trike, sorry to say they are very expensive, not for regular people, we can just watch and enjoy

A trike is a Light Sport Aircraft, registered with the FAA and has all the rights of such aircraft at airports. We have flown from Zephyrhills, FL to Oshkosh, WI, which is about 1,200 miles. Our REVO cruises between 60 and 95 mph, VNE 114 mph with the Reflex Sport Wing. We have a 14.8 gal tank and get from 3 (at 70mph) to 6 (at 95 mph) gal./hr. We try to stop for rest and fuel about every 2 hours, but you can fly longer. Visit the evolutiontrikes website to learn more.

A microlight trike is a fantastic joy machine to take to the air. It is covetted by many. But make no mistake about it. Flying is a dangerous sport, albeit thrilling to the core.

Great video but I am surprised no one has asked about the LSA rules and VFR issue. I was under the impression that with a light-sport license you cannot fly above clouds and must maintain visuals with the ground at all times. Yet I see your video and several others on UA-cam flying above and into clouds. Please verify!

Verified. It was sold with a revised ID, which left it open for another plane. This was the first flying REVO.
Some guy said a while back that music selection for aircraft videos was terrible....I agree.

+doa le còn về phần khung và bạt thì minh có thể ra công dược
+Minh Hiếu Khổng phần cánh tàu lượn mình nghĩ cũng không khó lắm , cánh quạt và động cơ thì khó hơn . loại cánh quat này được làm từ gỗ thông đỏ và nếu độ chính xác không cao thì sẽ bị văng cánh khi quay
+Minh Hiếu Khổng mình đã tìm ra loại nhôm 7075 tại Hà Nội , đẻ mình tìm hiểu tiếp .

Gma Rod At least you're living in a time where it's possible for you to get one of these or a smaller ultralight requiring no license. Several generations before 2015 our ancestors could've only dreamed of doing this, though it wasn't possible in their time. It's a great time to be alive!
