Is it possible that this amazing piece of music only has few more than 8,000 views, a meager 150 likes?
The video was originally posted 10 years ago in 2 parts by the video director/editor, Lasse Gjertsen. Those videos have about 1.5 million and 450 thousand views each. I thought there was some version with more views at some point, but maybe not. If you'd like the sheet music for either piece (Terra Aria or Concerto Rotondo), I found out recently that you can buy them from Casa Musicale Sonzogno. Concerto Rotonto has 3 other movements. :)

There is good argument that the three players on one instrument sounds different enough from three players playing the same parts on different instruments, while I find the stage presentation far too gimmicky.
You do realize that it's done digitally and there aren't actually multiple cellists simultaneously playing the one cello on stage?
Was also done almost 15 years ago when these kinds of effects were premium
