More likely one building could be part of a story and they want more focus on that, or all the buildings together just don't look good and they wanted more green space. They probably got sued alot with earlier games given there are obvious brands being satirically mocked but if different enough the accusing brand will lose, and they are big enough now not to worry even with a lost case

You all gotta remember that Vice City is still supposed to be inspired by miami, not a recreation of Miami. Rockstar knows exactly what to put and what not to put on their map if it's going to match with the gameplay or not.

You missed the point. You still didn’t do a side by side. What people want to see is the trailer playing on half the screen with the real life counterparts playing on the other side in real time.
They def need to add cartels and all their up armored vehicles and defendable ranches/city blocks it would be next level especially with how big the map is going to be
