@DanielDoesRentaNo, dude, you literally describe yourself as a slumlord. You manage rundown properties and do very little maintenance, as the state of the units shows. You keep people on month-to-month leases so that you can kick them out for no reason. Then you use the legal system to do your dirty work. Finding a loophole to evict tenants that have done nothing wrong other than renting from you kinda makes you a d-bag.
I would never rent from anybody that does a holdover because your home is never secure to you especially people that have children you want to be able to know your kids have a home at least for a year and as long as you're making your payments there shouldn't be any issue but if you have a owner that wants to do a month to month that to me is a red flag on the owner that he's probably a price gouger and I would never rent from someone like that!!!!
If someone is a good tenant, pays on time and causes so issues, you do not have anything to worry about. No landlord is going to evict a good tenant, they are very hard to come by!
@@DanielDoesRentals that's not necessarily true in this case he basically said the lady had been there a year and didn't say anything about any payments ever being late so most likely he just bought the property and when a new owner takes over they have a right to do that if they don't sign a contract that they can keep it for another year or whatever if he's doing month by month they can raise the rent anytime they want and this is the reason why they do that no security for your family whatsoever with the landlord like this
I said at the beginning, she was giving me issues. Not sure why you assumed she did nothing wrong? I would not be going through all of this if she was a good tenant!
Great “evicting people” soundtrack.
Thanks man!

Lol, I guess you don’t know the definition of a slumlord. I am guessing you got yourself evicted at some point and you are salty.
