As an acne sufferer myself, let me share with you how i finally got it under control and am now acne free. First, stop any spa/facial treatments. They are not dermatologists and do not know what to do or what not to do about about this condition. they will tell you, "oh yes we can help you" and they think that by "cleaning the skin" you will get results. It actually is what is probably causing your flare ups (if you haven't realized already). Unfortunately, due to teenage acne people think that it must be because you don't clean your skin and that is not even close to the truth.
Most people your age who have "tried everything" suffer simply due to genetics. You just have acne prone skin. There are several very effective medications and treatments for this that only a trained, license Dermatologist can prescribe for you. Also, if you are a vegetarian or something unique about your diet, that could also be the cause. Hormonal changes is also common and simply getting on birth control will make acne disappear if that is the cause. So you may need to do some troubleshooting to figure out what is causing the break outs.
And finally, and i know this is hard. You simply cannot wear any makeup at all, ever. All you are doing is aggravating the condition. You are one of those beautiful people who do not need make up anyway and once you get a handle on this, it will be unnecessary. A good rule of thumb is if you are using make up to cover up something rather than accentuate your facial features than you are just making whatever underlying issue is at hand, worse.
Then finally, and this is also unpopular, masks also make things worse. I was so glad to see you take it off at work and if I were you I would simply not wear the mask anymore at all. Whatever disease you get you will survive and it won't be worse than the skin condition you are having to live with everyday.
    Good luck to you!
