The nurse has done an exceptional work for Abdullahi. However, more fund is needed for the mental health centre for Maryan to carry on doing the amazing work is she committed to everyday.

I saw the preceding video as well as this one and it was obvious that nearly all the patients at this clinic were kept in chains and given what the nurse said, "this is the end of the chain, you won't ever be chained again", it appears so was Abdullahi. Why is this? Surely there's no need to chain someone up just because they're receiving mental health treatment, only if they are a serious danger or might abscond. Why also conceal this if it's a fact?
The stress and trauma of war and violence triggers the same PTSD soldiers experience. There is great need for mental health expertise in Africa
Mashallah we need more people like Maryam in Somalia. Our people are sometimes so ignorant towards mentally ill people. No one ever deserves to be chained to a tree 🌲 specially for 18 years 🤯😬 All he needed was professional support and medication. That’s why we need more mental institutions in Somalia 🇸🇴!!!

Just think about 💭 how Abdulle felt being chained to a tree while sitting there watching the animals and goats 🐐 run around freely! Poor guy probably felted less then an animal.
