This eviction has nothing to do with money but everything to do with her HOA board not wanting her in the community anymore. She has multiple complaints. Her neighbors wanted her gone and they got it.
Not true! One of tea channels called the courts and theirs a bal from June of un paid rent. Peach gone take care of them babies tho. She already got a new place! And she bout to make a bag off all these weirdos laughing at her eviction. 🤑
@@SheLove2 Of course there is no payment for June and July. She was going to leave. Her thinking was why pay when I have already set up to leave due to complaints via the HOA board. It is that simple. Peaches is not an honest person so of course with her knowing she is leaving and already secured a place she is not going to pay the last couple months.

Even if the HOA and the neighbors signed a petition and wanted her out it's not up to them, she signed a lease with the landlord. They can bring the petition and express how much they want her out but it's ultimately up to the landlord. I guess her landlord got tired of the complaints and told her to bounce

You do know the HOA can fine you, so the more violations she created the more letters they may have received and the fines they may have occurred because of her antics, she may not care because it wasn't her but guess what,the HOA can make it he'll for the owners by piling on the cost to the home owner.
