This and Burned At Both Ends are my favorite songs... I relate to them, because I'm a very nostalgic person (my nostalgic depression started when I was around 8 or 9. So I've struggle with this for a while, but it hit me really hard a few years ago..) A few years ago, due to certain circumstances, was stripped from my friends and a place that I actually saw as home.. I was actually living life with friends... It was a good life... Ever since then, I've never been the same... I just always feel like something is missing and no matter where I go, it's just not the same...
Honestly even when I look back at the good times it hurts, because I know I can't get that back... I'm happy I had those good times and made those good memories... but it hurts knowing that I don't have that anymore, and it'll never me the same...

I always pay attention to the lyrics it's always important to me considering I write lyrics and sing. So I have to pay attention to everything when I listen to music cause it helps get my band moving.
I enjoy the fact that there is actual discussion, and not just hate in the comments. But does it really matter where this band falls as far as a genre? Can't we just agree it is some form or another of metal, and sit back, and listen to it? I find genre labeling so frustrating. Crabcore, teen-core, metal-core, alloy-core, plastic-core, heartbreak-core. How about we just label them as a descent band with heart felt lyrics?

I’ve been revisiting old albums and I got to this one. The ones I could remember before looking at the full track list were Abigail and Scissorhands. Then I read cobwebs and I was like Ohh I know I jammed that one. From the moment I heard that intro riff it all came back and I remembered every part like I never stopped listening. That’s the mark of a good song to me.

@Xxfallenblaqkangel14 the only way they will do that is if they change up their sound to allow for more originality and growth. Right now, they sound basically like all the other bands that dominate this scene. It's pretty much a cut and dry formula that doesn't allow for much experimentation
