this took far too long to come to market.. inception designs has been doing this for years .. but any progress is welcomed .. this is essentially SP factory made silencio tips bored for your pleasure. im glad rory decided to explain that you should go a bigger bore in the front than your control bore because im sure theres people who cant comprehend how a smaller tip can cause breaks . i appreciate that SP showed some love to the older freak barrel systems by bringing those tips to the market as well .
Okay being able to run the XLs on a regular freak back, that is worth it. You buy a tip and then you just buy the inserts and you're good to go, I like it
Core should of made just 1 piece barrels, I can see all these young bucks having issues and throwing shade on this products, I Myself will probably be getting a couple tips for all my old backs.
in other words, don't buy the 683 cause you'll probably never use it according to these guidelines of sizing them a few thou apart. in my neck of the woods the 685 wouldn't get used much either.
Some paint here in Southern Commiefornia has been measuring from the high .66 range to the low .67 range. Personally I've measured paint at .675 so yeah, .683 would definitely be used here.
@@glenj.taylor2938 you must be getting better paint than me. All the stuff I've gotten lately has been 682 at the smallest. Orange county, so also southern California.
@@thegrafxguy1 Right on Man! I think you need to look at my numbers again. 😁 From my experience standard paint here in SoCal is generally around .677-.683. I have seen it as small as .675 but have heard from others paint being much smaller. It sucks when your rockin your smallest Freak Back, mine is .677, and still getting roll-outs.😐
@@glenj.taylor2938 I'm buying HK level 2 and defy level 4 depending on the deal and it's never smaller than 682. What brand are you buying? I've never even used my 679 or 680
@@thegrafxguy1 Primarily Graffiti. I don't play much so I'm no expert on paint sizes throughout different brands. I would prefer paint to be in the .685 or bigger range but that hasn't been the case on quite some time now.
Imagine feeling the need to use anything aside from the stock barrel. But, assuming you HAVE to buy a barrel, I agree, either the CP or the Empire Driver. $30 and you're good to go.
NOW people are understanding the importance of keeping the bore size throughout the length ofnthe barrel.. I was always ridiculed for using the Lucky Unitec barrels..
Cool, lets see a shooting video showing the improvement
I know right
Wouldn't be able to tell the difference through UA-cam.
I remember the original one piece whisper barrels. This is interesting. I still got my original freak kit. Might have to check em out.

I would like to hear these tips vs some standard freak tips.

Been trying to find an answer to this and you may have done it. Can you use a Freak XL tip on an original Freak (not XL) back?
@@gregorysorce1898 no. Will not fit
@@bluebeard6189 Thanks!
Can we get a video on them sound Signature

Isn’t this just the Infamous Silencio “tip?” The porting looks identical.
Shooting vid please!!

Tip is a rip off of the Infamous Barrel Tip.
How can you be so sure? Maybe they did a collab :D
